2、E/PP project.2.0 规范和标准Codes and Standards 工程设计文件:Engineering documentsSP-84400-0000-0004(Insulation Specification保温规范); CINI手册(Insulation Work Requisition保温工作要求);DEP-30.46.00.31-CSPC(Revised Specification保温规范的变更/补充)。3.0 材料控制Material Control3.1 所有的材料要有合格证书,标签和名牌符合数据资料。All the material shall be verifi

3、ed as per material certification, tag and nameplate being as per date sheet.3.2 材料的项目,数量和规格尺寸符合订单和图纸要求。Items, quantities and sizes of the materials shall be in conformance to approved construction drawing and POID.3.3 所有提供的材料是新的并且没有损坏。All material supplied shall be new and without damages.3.4 所有隔热材料

4、应被正确保管储藏、发放并且有防潮措施。All insulation materials shall be stored, protected from moisture and issued properly. 3.5 使用规定之外的材料时应经TCM批准。Use of materials other than those specified shall be subject to approval by TCM.4.0 保温准备工作Preparation for Insulation 4.1 按照本程序3.1至3.5条款检查材料,确保材料的型号和厚度符合相关规范和图纸。Materials sh

5、all be checked as per 3.1 3.5 of this procedure to ensure the type of the material and thickness are in accordance with relevant specification and drawings.4.2 保温工程师要收验管道试验合格证,确认所有的管线全部的试验,例如水压、X光,等的检测工作已完成并合格及防腐完成。Insulation supervisor shall receive a copy of the pipe test acceptance to confirm tha

6、t all the testing such as hydrostatic, X-ray have been completed and painting completed released for insulation on all piping and equipment involved 4.3 所有需保温表面应要求完成涂漆并清洁干净,不允许有油脂,污垢等污染物。All the surface to be insulated shall be painted and cleaned up to be free from any grease, dust, etc.4.4 在保温前检测天

7、气条件,在会使隔热层变潮湿的天气下,即当表面温度低于露点温度5C以上不应进行隔热安装。当隔热层安装需要持续较长时间才密封时,必须加以保护,以确保其保持干燥,直到隔热层密封和安装完毕。Inspect weather condition. Insulation shall not be installed during weather that might cause the pipe or insulation to become wet, i.e. the surface temperature is less than 5C above dew point. Insulation to be

8、 installed over an extended period must be protected to ensure it remains dry until it has been properly sealed.4.5 保温安装前,伴热管线要按图纸和规范安装完毕,并经试验合格. Heating tracing shall be installed, tested and tagged in accordance with relevant specification and drawings before insulation.4.6 保温支撑件要在保温前安装完毕并满足要求。Ins

9、ulation support installation shall be finished as required before insulation.4.7 确认要安装的保温隔热层不能覆盖玻璃位计的表面,设备的名牌,或数据盘或标识牌,并且不能防碍仪表或设备的运动(执行)部件的运转。Make sure that Insulation will not cover the face of gauge glasses, equipment nameplate or data plates or tags, nor be applied so as to interfere with dynami

10、c parts of instruments or equipment.5.1 所有的保温准备工作完成并获准通过后才可进行保温安装。Insulation Construction shall be performed after all the insulation preparation have been finished and released.5.2 管线保温材料用预制的管壳和金属软毯,管壳使用1mm的不锈钢丝固定,间距300mm,每节管壳不少于3根不锈钢丝。金属软毯用130.5mm的不锈钢带固定,间距300mm,每节网毯不少于3根不锈钢带。Prefabricated pipe se

11、ction and wire mesh blanket shall be used as piping insulation material. Each pipe section will be fixed by no less than 3 pieces of using 1mm stainless steel wire with the gap less than 300mm, and each wire mesh blanket be fixed by no less than 3 pieces of using 130.5mm stainless steel band with th

12、e gap less than 300mm.5.3 保温金属软毯环缝和纵缝用1mm的不锈钢丝或不锈钢钩钉固定,钩钉间距50mm,如用镀锌铁丝网,则可用镀锌钩钉进行固定。The circular and longitudinal joints of wire mesh blanket shall be fixed by using 1mm stainless steel wire or stainless steel hooks with the gap of 50mm. If galvanized wire mesh is to be used, galvanized hook can be

13、used for fixing.5.4 单层保温结构环缝或纵缝使用交错接缝结构,多层结构时,应同层错缝,相连两层压缝的交错结构。每一层用钢丝或钢带单独固定。接点处填充相同的散状保温材料。For the single-layer insulation structure, circular or longitudinal joints shall be jointed staggeredly. For those multi-layered, the joints on both the same layer and the two adjacent layers shall be stagge

14、red. Each layer will be fixed by using wire or steel band separately. The joints shall be filled with the same loose insulation materials.5.5 管线上所有的连接件保温应与管线保温一致,使用同种保温材料,相同的保温厚度。Insulation of all connectors on the pipeline shall be in accordance with that of pipeline by using the same material and

15、same thickness.5.6 伴热管线的保温安装应是管线和伴热线两条管线用同一隔热层包敷在一起。Heat traced pipeline and its tracing piping shall be insulated together in the same layer(s).5.7 所有的保温层应有外保护层(用铝皮或不锈钢),外保护层的安装应顺着水流的方向,保护保温层不受雨水和风的侵袭。All insulation shall be clad with metal jacketing(aluminum sheet or stainless steel). Jacketing sh

16、all be installed along the direction of water stream and protect against wind and blowing rain. 5.8 保温层外保护层用自攻钉或铆钉进行固定,间距150mm,纵缝要交错连接,并搭接50mm。The metal jacketing shall be fixed by using self tappers or blind rivets with the gap less than 150mm, and the longitudinal joints shall be connected stagger

17、edly and overlapped by 50mm.5.9 外保护层安装膨胀伸缩节,水平管线根据现场施工选择膨胀伸缩节的位置。立式管道膨胀伸缩节在支撑圈下方进行安装。Expansion joints shall be installed for metal jacketing. For horizontal pipelines, the location shall be chosen as per site conditions and for vertical pipelines, it shall be installed under the supporting ring.6.1

18、法兰、阀门的保温厚度应与之相连管线保温层厚度相同。螺栓连接的法兰、阀门保温层与法兰、阀门间距为螺栓长度+30mm。The insulation thickness for flange and valve shall be the same as that of the pipeline to be connected, and the gap between bolted flange and valve and their insulation layer shall be 30mm plus the length of bolt.6.2 法兰、阀门外保护层应安装成可拆卸式壳子,并用190

19、.5mm 的钢带及快速开启扣进行固定。The metal jacketing for flange and valve shall be installed to be removable box and fixed by using 190.5mm steel band and quick release toggle.6.3 在可拆卸式壳子的最底部开排水孔。Drain hole shall be made at the bottom of removable box.7.0 容器和设备的热保温Hot Insulation On Vessels And Equipment7.1 确认所有的保

20、温准备工作已经完成并验收合格。Make sure that all the insulation preparation have been finished and released.7.2 容器设备用金属网毯保温材料,金属网毯应紧靠在设备容器上,并用130.5mm不锈钢带进行固定。钢带间距300 mm,每节金属网毯至少有3根不锈钢带。金属软毯环缝和纵缝用The insulation material used for vessel and equipment is wire mesh blanket, which shall closely stick to equipment and v

21、essel and fixed by using 130.5mm stainless steel band with the gap less than 300mm. For each section of blanket, there shall be at least 3 pieces of stainless steel band. The circular and longitudinal joints of wire mesh blanket shall be fixed by using 7.3 为得到坚固的保温结构。单层保温结构环缝或纵缝使用交错接缝结构,多层结构时,应同层错缝,

22、相连两层压缝的交错结构。每一层用钢带单独固定。In order to obtain solid insulation structure, for the single-layer insulation structure, circular or longitudinal joints shall be jointed staggeredly. For those multi-layered, the joints on both the same layer and the two adjacent layers shall be staggered. Each layer will be

23、 fixed by using steel band separately. The joints shall be filled with the same loose insulation materials.7.4 设备容器上所有的连接件保温应与设备容器保温一致,使用同种保温材料,相同的保温厚度。Insulation of all connectors on the equipment and vessel shall be in accordance with that of pipeline by using the same material and same thickness.

24、7.5 伴热管线的保温安装应是设备容器和伴热线两条管线用同一隔热层包敷在一起。Heat traced equipment and its tracing piping shall be insulated together in the same layer(s).7.6 所有的保温层应有外保护层(用铝皮或不锈钢),外保护层的安装应顺着水流的方向,保护保温层不受雨水和风的侵袭。All insulation shall be clad with metal jacketing(aluminum sheet or stainless steel). Jacketing shall be insta

25、lled along the direction of water stream and protect against wind and blowing rain.7.7 保温层外防护层用自攻钉或铆钉固定,间距 The metal jacketing shall be fixed by using self tappers or blind rivets with the gap less than 150mm, and the longitudinal joints shall be connected staggeredly and overlapped by 50mm.7.8 卧式设备

26、容器安装膨胀伸缩节根据现场施工确定伸缩节的位置。立式设备容器在保温支撑圈下方安装膨胀伸缩节。For horizontal equipment and vessel, the location of expansion joints shall be chosen as per site conditions and for vertical equipment and vessel, it shall be installed under the insulation supporting ring.7.9 设备容器封头和底部的保温应和容器外壁一样的保温方式,保温层外保护层安装成饼形或扇形金属

27、结构。Seal caps and bottom of the vessels/equipment shall be insulated in the same way as that of external wall of vessels/equipment. The metal jacketing for insulation layer shall be installed into a metal structure with the shape of cake or sector.7.10 容器设备上的钢结构、支撑等构件,外防护层应涂粘合剂进行密封,防止雨水从此处进入保温层。For c

28、omponents on vessels/equipment, such as steel structure, supports etc., adhesive shall be used for sealing the metal jacketing to prevent rain entering the insulation layer. 711 保温结构应不影响容器设备上运动部件的运转,仪表指示器、铭牌、标志牌等应露在外保护层外,并清晰可见。The operation of rotating parts on vessels/equipment shall not be impacte

29、d by insulation structure. Instrument indicator, nameplate, tag plate shall be exposed outside of metal jacketing and be visible. 7.12 容器设备法兰、人孔和维修点的保温结构应为保温层和外防护层可以拆卸,并且不会损坏容器设备壁的保温层。The insulation structure for flanges、manholes and maintenance access port of vessels/equipment shall be the insulati

30、on layer where insulation and metal jacketing can be removable and that on wall of vessels/equipment will not be damaged. 8.0 管线的保冷 Piping Cold Insulation 8.1 所有的保冷准备工作完成并获准通过后才可进行保冷安装。Cold insulation work shall be performed after all the insulation preparation have been finished and released.8.2 管线保冷使用预制的保冷管壳,管壳的尺寸要与管线大小相吻合并紧紧围绕管线,用25mm的塑料带进行固定,间距250,并在管壳外均匀涂上防潮层。防潮层厚3-5mm,不允许有漏涂、少涂等现象。Prefabricated pipe section shall be used for piping cold insulation by closely sticking to the pipe
