1、专业:会计学（本）班级:2012级学 生:宋珊学号:112212414指导教师:何永利职称:摘 要财务管理目标是企业财务管理活动的出发点和归宿，明确财务管理目标是做好财务管理工作的前提和基础。分析目前我国企业财务管理目标的不同观点可知，相关者利益最大化应该是我国企业财务管理目标的合理选择。随着经济发展的日趋多元化，企业财务管理方式也在不断的更新与变革，传统的企业财务管理一般是以筹资为核心。对企业各项财务问题进行判断和解决，而现代财务管理理论则是以资产定价为核心、以优化公司资源配置为目标、提高财务政策效率的现代财务学派理论。财务管理作为一切财务活动的出发点和归宿，在进行企业财务管理之初，确定一个

2、明确的财务管理目标是非常关键。我国财务管理目标的选择要适应市场经济的需要。我国经济体制改革的不断深化和企业管理水平的不断提高，对企业财务管理体制提出了更高的要求。如何能够科学的将财务管理的最优目标理论应用于研究财务管理理论,对于优化资本结构具有决定性的意义。现阶段，在一般情况下我国企业财务管理的目标基本是“利润最大化”，这样做是比较符合我国目前的现实经济情况。因为，利润目标最能反映企业的本性，追求利润是避免淘汰、维系生存和寻求发展的必然选择，是企业存在的根本目的。现代企业理论认为，企业是一组契约的联合，契约关系人不仅包括股东、债权人，还包括员工、客户、政府乃至社会。按照理性来说，在企业经营活动
