5、s, manufacturing of pressure relief valves to be provided for the Shenhua Ningxia Coal Groups Ningxia Coal based Propylene Project which will be built at Ningdong Energy & Heavy Chemical Base, Lingwu city, Yinchuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, P R China. This Standard will be issued to all part

6、icipating contractors for full compliance. Any exceptions shall be referred back to the NCPP Integrated Project Management Team （IPMT） for review and evaluation. This document will form part of the design basis of each NCPP contract.本文件对将建于宁夏回族自治区银川宁东能源化工基地的宁煤煤基烯烃项目中所使用的泄压阀在设计、材料以及制造方面的最低要求。这些原则将发布给

9、guage. 应该提供英语和中文的泄压阀资料。1.3 Standardisation 标准化Pressure relief valves shall be standardized across all NCPP process units, and equipment provided by each contractor shall be consistent, i.e. from a single supplier, allowing reduced spares holding.NCPP项目使用的泄压阀应采用统一的标准型式，并且各工作场所的设备也应保持一致（例如，采用同一供应商的产品）

13、ies is given as 20 years. Any equipment, therefore, referenced within this standard should meet this requirement and be supported by the manufacturer for this time period notwithstanding misuse, non-maintenance etc. For this purpose any recommendations regarding the type of use of equipment and the

14、choice of materials used should be taken into consideration.
