12、商业走向巅峰的行态,总共的分店有618个,遍布日本各都府县。最开始,永旺集团以一间十分普通的小卖部出身,直到1758年,冈田左卫门先生将永旺集团创立起来。1969年, 冈田左卫门先生将所有超市重新整顿后并给予了吉之岛公司的名字,然后逐步的成熟发展之下,连锁店遍布在全国各个地区。1989年,吉之岛公式又赋予了新的名字为永旺集团,永旺集团在亚洲有三大总部,分别是日本、中国、东南亚成为了全亚洲综合零售行业及服务的领头羊。永旺集团主要运营的行态有以购物为主的商场中心、以食品超市为主的超级市场,还经营一些品牌专卖店、金融、物流、小型商场等业务。1987年,永旺集团在中国发展的起跑线是香港永旺1号店。19
13、96年,永旺集团在广州也开启了新的商业渠道,除广东外之外,也在中国东北地区发展起来。在与时俱进的市场竞争环境下,在2018 年,永旺集团虽然在整一年的业务财政收入为96.76亿港元,比上一年增加0.11个百分点;整体来说,但集团的股东财富损失了4922.4万港元,比上一年减少了10.09%,尽管如此,在香港的永旺业务部分增长速度十分迅速,使得股东所亏损的资产变为盈利。但是中国内陆的永旺集团业务仍然处于亏损的状态,在这一年永旺集团在中国内陆财政收入为52.99亿元,比上一年减少了1.8个百分点,整体流失了5980万港币,损失金额增加44个百分点。因此,通过中国内陆和香港整体数据相对比较,永旺集团
14、在香港一直处于上升阶段,而内地市场竞争愈加猛烈。因此,本设计选取珠海奥园广场永旺超市为研究对象,探究超市运营管理所存在的问题,找出运营过程中所存在的漏洞,运用工业工程的理论和方法,对超市相关状况进行分析解决以这种零售模式发展的企业物流系统存在的问题,找出影响效率、成本和质量的问题,它将提高超市的运作效率使得超市的运作效率上升,降低了运输物流成本,能够保障生鲜农产品的质量安全,同时还可以得到顾客的快速反应速度,满足顾客需求。所以优化永旺超市运营管理是很有必要的。1.1.2研究意义在与时俱进的市场竞争环境下,连锁超市以一种典型行业状态存在的零售业,在国内的经济状况不断走向好转以及外来资产的零售业不
15、断地扩张之下,当下企业需要把重心放在如何提升、确认超市的服务水平和保证企业长期竞争优势。在某种意义上,任何企业都应该把核心关键放在店面质量上,它比店面的数量占据着更为重要的位置,为了提高优质的超市生鲜农产品是增加超市名誉的附加值、提高顾客满意度、树立企业良好形象的重要方面。国内外企业想要超市呈现上升发展的趋势,则基于供应链的生鲜农产品是必然趋势,引进新鲜观点来完善生鲜农产品供应链,推行生鲜产品线上业务等等,既能够满足供应商对于配送时间和到达顾客的要求,又保障了生鲜农产品的新鲜程度。本设计所提出的永旺超市针对生鲜农产品的运营管理模式,将整个生鲜农产品供应链每一部分都链接一起,对各个环节进行重新整合,分析它的运营之中的不足之处,可以使得中间环节恰到好处,减少生鲜农产品的流失,构建新的优化模型,稳定农产品的产销关系,为今后超市发展运营提供了新思路。所以,探讨超市生鲜农产品供应链的运营管理,对未来其它超市的运营具有十分关键的意义。1.2国内外超市运营管理研究1.2.1国外超市运营研究现状对于生鲜农产品市场信息,美国管理
