1、该项工作及其复杂,涉及到众多的外围系统和设备厂家的改造,需要投入大量的接口改造费用,而且存在工期不可控的风险。营销管理系统统一接口平台作为一个中间转换平台,实现新旧不同接口技术规范之间的相互转换,确保存量外围系统和设备可以在不改变原有规范的前提下接入新营销管理系统。本文采用J2EE技术体系和面向服务体系架构(SOA),以重用性、灵活性和扩展性为主要目标,最大限度利用已有的服务组件,通过各层对系统资源的划分,隔离层间变化,降低资源和子系统耦合,支持物理上部署运维的灵活性,快速响应变更,满足新需求,实现更大范围的信息共享。通过需求分析和系统设计,确定系统需要建立巡查任管管理、服务管理和系统管理等模
2、块,结合面向服务的架构进行了统一接口平台的功能设计、数据库设计、权限设计、性能设计等工作。根据设计成果,完成统一接口平台的开发测试工作。对与新营销系统密切相关的23类外围系统和设备进行了分析并实现了新旧接口规范的转换,解决了外围系统和设备与新营销管理系统的集成问题,通过统一接口平台屏蔽不同业务系统的差异及技术细节。统一接口平台在新营销管理系统上线时同步切换上线,外围系统和设备接口规范没做任何调整,只在统一接口平台进行了新旧协议转换配置,便实现了外围系统和设备的新营销系统接入。系统上线后,运行稳定,达到了预期的设计目标,得到用户的好评。统一接口平台项目的建设节省了大量的外围系统和设备的改造费用,

14、 Management System, Service-Oriented Structure前言目前电网公司的各个业务系统之间的横向协同是通过每个系统同其他系统都要建立相应的关联接口,即每个企业信息系统(Enterprise Information System,EIS)都与其他业务系统要有接口,这样就造成多个系统之间都互相有关联,形成紧耦合。在企业中业务系统不多时,可以做到相对简单的开发几个接口就能够实现系之间的协同,但如果改变EIS中的一个,那么与其相关的应用程序集成就会受到影响,并且每个EIS都要有足够多的集成接口以支持更多的EIS之间的集成,如果有N个互相集成的EIS,就意味着需要N(
15、N-1)/2个不同的EIS集成关系来支撑所有系统的运行。此方法注定难以集成大量的应用,集成应多的时候,维护的困难也就越大,有一个应用系统变更了,与之相关联的所有系统都可能要配合调整和变更,而且开发完成后还要做大量的调试工作。早期应用系统较少时采用这种模式集成的比较多,变更调整起来比较容易,编码更加容易和快速。但是近几年EIS数量不断增加,对接口相关功能性要求不断的提高,难以整合成几倍或者几十倍的接口需求,使得系统开发和维护的工作量越来越大。根据中国南方电网有限责任公司“十二五”信息化规划总体工作要求,建立一体化、集约化、全闭环的电力营销管理信息体系,用统一的信息技术促进全网实现营销业务的标准化
16、,建设统一版本的营销管理系统。按照“统一管理、统一规划、统一标准、统一建设”的信息化项目建设原则,需要对众多接口进行统一。营销管理系统涉及种类多样、数量众多的外部接口或设备,大体分为中间库、文件、Web Service、Socket等实现方式。由于不同类型的接口与营销管理系统的交互方式各不相同,并且有些外部接口功能或设备由于上线时间较早,进行升级改造的难度很大,如何将不同实现方式的外部接口实现统一协议转换和数据处理,使之不进行升级改造或进行小范围的改造就能接入新版本营销系统是本系统重要价值和意义。同时统一接口平台可以有效降低新系统切换的复杂度和失败的风险;可以减少外部集成相关改造工作量,降低系统改造成本;
