2、一的教育观念并没有随着时空的变迁而落伍,而是对当今的教育改革在理论上和实践上有很大的参考和启示意义。特别是在对于扩展素质教育的实现形式、加强对人的人格、责任、道德的培养,实现更具有伦理内涵的教育方面具有更重要的启迪。孔子教育伦理思想的现代意义和当代价值是勿庸置疑的,考察、挖掘、研究、借鉴和改造孔子的教育伦理思想,充分认识其所蕴涵的现代意义,并从中找到传统与现代的结合点使之为发展和完善中国的教育道德服务,无疑具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文着重从以下三个方面对孔子教育伦理思想作了必要的探讨:其一,伦理与教育伦理。教育活动是社会活动的一个方面,教育伦理也是社会伦理系统的一个组成部分,因此,教
3、育伦理与一般的社会伦理有着内在的必然的联系,不存在脱离于一般社会伦理的完全独立的教育伦理,教育伦理是社会伦理在教育领域中的表现。教育伦理不是一般意义上的教师的职业伦理,而是教育的伦理、教育共同体的伦理,当然也包括作为教育共同体的基本构成的教育者和教育对象的伦理。其二,孔子教育伦理思想的内容。教育伦理思想是孔子教育思想的重要内容,同时也是其伦理思想的一个有机组成部分。着眼于教育的伦理问题及伦理的教育问题,孔子提出了“有教无类”的教育公平理念,育德为先、知行统一的德育体系 ,关爱学生、乐业敬业的师德要求等等一些具有普适性意义的教育伦理思想,奠定了中国教育伦理理论的思想基础。其三,孔子教育伦理思想的
