10、sentedfornegotiationundertherelevantweightofthecargo.ThereinspectionfeeshallbebornebytheBuyer.Theclaimwiththecargo,ifany,shallbelodgedtotheSellerwithin-daysafterarrivalofthecargoattheportofdestination.索赔条款：discrepancyandclaimanyclaimbytheBuyersregardingthecargoshallbesupportedbysurveyreportissuedbya

11、surveyorapprovedbytheSellerandlodgedwithin45daysafterthearrivalofthecargoattheportofdestinaton.TheSellerwillnotconsiderclaimsinrespectofmatterswithinresponsibilityofinsurancecompanyorshippingcompany.ShouldtheSellerfailtomakedeliveryontime,thebuyershallagreetopostponethedeliveryontheconditonthattheSe

12、lleragreesofpayapenaltywhichshallbedeductedbythepayingbankatthetimeofpayment.Therateofpenaltyischargedat0.5%ofthetotalvalueofthecargowhosedeliveryhasbeendelayedforeveryweek,odddayslessthanaweekshouldbecountedasaweek.Butthetotalamountofpenaltyshallnotexceed5%ofthetotalvalueofthecargoinvolvedinthelate

13、delivery.incasetheSellerfailotmakedelivery10weekslaterthanthetimeofshipmentstipulatedonthecontract,theBuyershallhavbetherighttocancelthecontractandtheSellershallstillpaytheaforesaidpenaltytotheBuerwithoutdelay.Quality/Quantitydiscrepancyandclaim:incasethequalityand/orquantity/weightarefoundtheBuyers

14、tobenotinconformitywiththecontractafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,theBuyersmaylodgeclaimwiththeSellerssupportedbysurveyreportissuedbyaninspectionorganizaitonagreeduponbybothparties,withtheexception,however,ofthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyand/ortheshippingcompanyaretobeheldrespon

15、sible.claimforqualitydiscrepancyshouldbefiledbytheBuyerswithin30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,whileforquantity/weightdiscrepancyclaimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerswithin15daysafterarrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination.TheSellersshall,within30daysafterreceiptofthenotificationoftheclaim,aendreplytotheBuyers.索赔期限：ValidityofclaimTheBuyershavetherihgttolodgeclaimsforalllossessustainedwithin60daysafterdischargeofthegoodsattheportofdestination.综合式不可抗力条款：ForcemajureTheSellershallnotbeheldresponsibleforlatedeliveryornondeliveryofth
