5、值，影响周围居民正 常生活和身体健康。噪音控制在技术上虽然现在已经成熟，但由于现代工业、交通运 输业规模很大，要采取噪音控制的企业和场所为数甚多，因此在防止噪音问题上，必 须从技术、经济和效果等方面进行综合权衡。近年来，随着城市的快速发展，基础设 施建设、房地产开发、旧城改造力度不断加大，随之而来的建筑施工噪声污染问题也 日益突出。因此，针对如何有效控制建筑噪声，本文主要从建筑施工综合监管、施工 机械选用、施工技术改进和噪音传播途径几个方面来探讨对建筑施工噪声的防治对策。首先，本文将通过对施工噪声的危害进行简述， 从而表明施工噪声防治的重要性。 然后，本文将通过建筑施工噪声污染现状调查，以了解
