1、河南省招生办公室关于进行普通高招河南省招生办公室关于进行2012年普通高招河南省招生办公室关于进行2012年普通高招网上填报志愿模拟演练的通知各省辖市招生办公室，各重点扩权县（市）招生办公室：为了使今年报名参加普通高考的考生熟悉网上填报志愿系统，掌握网上填报流程，避免因误操作影响志愿填报，确保今年普通高校招生网上填报志愿的顺利进行，经研究，定于5月13日在全省进行普通高校招生网上填报志愿模拟演练。现将有关事项通知如下：一、网上填报志愿模拟演练参加人员所有参加今年普通高校招生统一考试的考生（含对口生、专升本考生）。二、网上填报志愿模拟演练时间安排1、5月10日下午，省招办通过招生考试专网公布模拟

2、演练使用手册和模拟演练专业目录，请各市、县招办于5月12日前下载、打印并下发至各中学、考生。2、5月10日至12日，省招办调试服务器和网络设备，期间河南省普通高校招生考生服务平台()关闭。3、5月13日8时，网上填报志愿模拟演练开始。考生登录河南省普通高校招生考生服务平台，按照模拟演练使用手册要求进行填报。4、5月13日18时，网上填报模拟演练结束。三、有关要求1、高度重视，加强领导。各级招办、各中学要成立以单位主管负责人为领导的模拟演练工作小组，选择熟悉业务、懂技术的工作人员参加此项工作，安排好模拟演练的场所和具体填报时间，准备好网上填报志愿所需的相关设备设施、资料。2、精心组织，合理安排。

3、在校考生由中学负责，非在校考生由各县(市、区)招办负责，确保每一个考生都熟悉和了解网上填报志愿系统。同时认真做好宣传工作，协调好考生参与模拟演练的时间。各县招办、中学要为不具备上网条件的考生提供上网模拟演练环境。3、所有已报名参加2012年普通高等学校招生考试的考生应在规定时间内参加网上填报志愿模拟演练，否则视为自动放弃。演练期间，任何人不得代替考生进行网上填报志愿。为确保考生信息安全，要提醒考生妥善保管好自己的密码，不要泄露给他人。如忘记密码，须考生本人持准考证和身份证原件到所在市县区招办办理重置手续。考生填报志愿结束后，应使用“退出系统”功能退出网上填报系统。4、本次模拟演练所使用的有关高
