1、 姓 名: 吴文俊 专 业: 计算机网络技术 指导老师: 辅导老师 二零一五年三月摘要随着科技、经济及社会的不断进步,随着计算机的出现及互联网的发展,对重要信息的管理日渐受到各级领导以及管理者的普遍重视并随之出现了信息管理系统;但与此同时也带来了诸多对信息安全的威胁,为了防止重要信息的泄密,安全信息管理系统就应运而生, 保密工作向来都是军工单位日常管理工作的重中之重，涉及到企业内日常运作的方方面面，管理工作极其繁杂，产生的各类审批表格非常多。针对这样一项繁杂的工作如果采用传统的手工方式进行管理，则不仅要解决大量的事务性工作而且手工管理容易形成不规范的局面导致安全保密隐患，鉴于保密管理工作的重要

2、性、复杂度以及对信息化的要求，企业可以通过凌久保密工作平台进行高效规范管理以提升网上保密管理工作的水平与效率。 随着信息化时代的不断推进，网络成为了当今社会的主题，为了使工作方式得到更高的效率，减少无纸化办公，网络化办公就成为了主题。 当前的办公信息化中主要依靠网络的连接方式，其中以邮件、服务器和数据库的安全问题以及对病毒的防范问题为主，从网络技术等角度，阐述了网络化办公中出现需要解决的有关安全方面的问题。关键词：信息管理系统，网络化办公，病毒的防范，网络安全 Online office information management system security mechanism rese
