4、题的选题背景和意义进行了介绍，分析了该服务指导中心办公自动化的现状，从而提出了本课题的研究目标和内容，然后对该中心办公自动化系统进行了需求概述，以及业务流程的分析，并对该系统的功能和非功能需求进行了分析。通过相关的功能以及非功能方面的分析，利用 MVC 框架以及 ASP.NET 技术从系统的总体设计思想、关键技术、体系结构、系统功能结构和拓扑结构方面对系统的总体设计进行了较为详细的描述，设计并实现了一套昆明市青年志愿者服务指导中心办公自动化系统。在对昆明市青年志愿者服务指导中心办公自动化系统进行实现的基础之上， 通过对系统各功能模块的正确性进行测试，验证了系统不仅满足预先设定的功能需求，而且能

5、够实现对中心内部的办公信息进行及时地处理。另外，通过对系统的响应特性、易用性、可靠性以及效率进行测试，表明了该系统不仅能够正常运行，而且具有响应速度快、易用、可靠以及高效等优点。经过本项目的研发实施，昆明市青年志愿者服务指导中心办公管理成效显著， 较为明显的改变了办公效率低的情况，同时，能够降低昆明市青年志愿者服务指 导中心办公管理成本并加快该昆明市青年志愿者服务指导中心信息化的步伐。关键词：办公自动化、ASP.NET 技术、MVC 框架、信息化I万方数据ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe rapid development of network communication technol
