1、到目前为止,其本身所具有的特点和规律尚未被人们真正地理解与掌握,生产中的工艺设计和孔型设计仍然主要取决于经验知识,不仅调试时间长,难以适应市场变化,而且造成资源的巨大浪费,增加成本。因此计算机辅助设计是非常必要的,可以准确模拟出槽钢辊弯成型过程,为工程实际提供理论基础。 本文首先介绍了国内外关于辊弯成型理论研究的现状与发展趋势,随后以槽钢为例分析了槽钢辊弯成型过程变形与受力,并以弹塑性大变形有限元理论为基础,对槽钢成型过程做出合理简化,建立分析模型,利用ANSYS软件模块对槽钢辊弯成型进行了三维有限元数值模拟分析,得出了槽钢在成形过程中各道次变形区应力、应变的分布规律。同时对在不同成型道次的板

2、坯应力、应变分布情况进行了对比,并对不同道次关键点进行位移、等效应力和等效应变时间历程曲线进行分析。探讨了槽钢辊弯成型过程回弹现象及一些工艺参数对槽钢成型的影响。本论文的研究结果对于冷弯型钢产品的开发、孔型系统的设计提供了可靠的预测模型,为实际生产应用提供了直接依据,具有重要理论意义和应用价值。关键词:槽钢,辊弯成型,有限元法,ANSYS,模拟Finite Element Simulation for Roll FormingProcess of Channel SteelAbstractThe cold bending section product with such merits as

So far, thecharacteristics and rules of itself have not yet truly understood and grasped. Thetechnological design and the ro

5、ll pass design of production were still mainly decided by theexperience knowledge, which not only delayed the debugging time and was difficult to adaptthe market,but also wasted resources and increased the cost. Therefore, the computer-aideddesign is necessary and simulation of the steel roller curv

6、ed formation process is done in orderto offer the pre-design theoretical basis. This article first introduced domestic and foreign fundamental research present situationand trend of development about roll forming. And then, it analyzed the trough steel rollcurved forming process distortion and the s

7、tress, taking the channel steel as the example. Andit made the reasonable simplification to the channel steel formation process, established theanalysing model, carried on the three dimensional finite element simulation analysis using thesoftware LS-DYNA ANSYS to the trough steel roll forming and ob

8、tained the straindistributed rule of the channel steel in the forming process various while going alongdeformation range stress on the base of elastoplasticity finite distortion theory. Meanwhile,this paper compared the strain distribution situation in the different formation while goingalong tube b

9、lank stress, analyzed the equivalent stress and the equivalent strain curve vs timeto the different while going along key point and discussed the influences on the channel steelformation by trough steel roll forming process snapping back phenomenon and some craftparameter. The researching results of
