3、的是替代焦炭在冶炼过程中起到的加热和还原作用,从而减少炼铁过程中的焦铁比,降低冶炼成本。喷煤技术兴起于19世纪的法国,但此后喷煤技术一直发展缓慢,直到上世纪70年代石油危机的出现,世界各国才加快了喷煤技术的研究和发展。由于喷煤技术对高炉炼铁具有重大的经济意义,对喷煤技术的研究成为炼铁工艺中一个十分重要的环节,目前常用的喷煤工艺有并列式喷吹和串联式喷吹,通过罐的顺序倒换或交叉倒换来保证高炉不间断喷煤。山钢新疆公司目前有1350m高炉一座,由于公司不产焦炭,所需冶炼焦均要从外地运输,成本很高,同时当地煤炭质量高且价格便宜,焦炭的低质高价与煤炭的高质低价形成了公司对提高喷煤率的迫切需求,本文在系统研
4、究及分析新疆公司喷煤技术发展和存在的问题基础上,对高炉喷吹的自动控制程序进行了优化,提出了基于最优参数的模糊控制思想,建立了喷吹量控制模型,实现了针对不同炉况下的喷吹量的精确控制,从而达到了提高喷煤率,降低生铁成本的目的。 本文主要研究工作如下:1、开篇介绍了新疆公司喷煤系统的工艺原理、生产现状及PLC控制系统的硬件配置情况,针对目前采用的并罐喷吹和倒罐生产方式,详细分析了其工作原理,提出并设计了基于最优参数的模糊控制模型,同时介绍了该模型的控制优点,采用计算机软件和数学工具进行了建模。 2、阐述了基于最优参数模糊控制技术的控制策略,并且在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台下建立了基于最优
5、参数的仿真模型,并进行了相应仿真实验。对不同仿真实验数据进行了分析对比。 3、最终确立了数学模型的实现,基于该模型,进行了硬、软件的设计。硬件主要包括PLC模板、信号隔离配电器,现场仪表及执行器。软件方面主要基于西门子S7软件对程序进行了模块化设计,画出了系统各步骤的程序设计流程图,并完成了对程序的编制。 4、利用搭建好的硬、软件进行现场实验,完成了对装料、充压、倒罐等步骤的控制功能,尤其是在给煤量给定控制和喷吹量自动计算控制方面,该模型发挥了关键作用,对实验中出现的一些问题提出了解决方案,提高了喷吹系统运行的稳定性。 关键词:模糊控制;自动喷吹;PID;喷吹量计算 Abstract Coal
6、 injection is a technology of throughing the blast furnace tuyere to blow pulverized coal include anthracite or soft coal or mixed coal into the blast furnace for smelting . The main purpose of coal injection is to replace cokes heating and reduction effect during the process of smelting , thus redu
7、cing the ratio of coke and iron in the process of ironmaking, reduce the cost of smelting . Coal injection technology come of France in the 19th century, pulverized coal injection technology developed slowly, until the oil crisis in 1970s , countries all over the world speed up the research and deve
8、lopment of coal injection technology.Because of coal injection technology for blast furnace ironmaking have great economic benefits, the research of coal injection technology become a very important part of the ironmaking, at present,the technology of pulverized coal injection commonly used are para

10、to transport from the other cities, so its very expensive, local coal of good quality and cheap price at the same time, the coke of high quality low price formation of inferior quality and high price with coal the urgent need of a company to improve coal injection rate, based on the systematic study
11、 and analysis of xinjiang coal injection technology development and the existing problems, on the basis of the automatic control of the injection in the blast furnace process is optimized, was proposed based on the optimal parameters of the fuzzy control thought, established a control model, the inj
12、ection quantity achieved for different furnace condition under the precise control of injection quantity, so as to achieve the raise coal injection rate, reduce the cost of iron. The main research contents of thie paper are as follows: 1, First, this paper introduces the process principle of pulveri
13、zed coal injection system of the company in xinjiang, the production status and hardware configuration of PLC control system, based on the current use of injection and the side-by-side production mode, its working principle has been analyzed in detail. Then we designedthe fuzzy control model based o
14、n the optimal parameters, and introduced the advantages of the control model, with the use of computer software and mathematical tools we established the model. 2, Expounds the control strategy based on optimal parameters of control model, and established the simulation model in the Matlab/Simulink
15、simulation platform,and the corresponding simulation experiment was carried out,the data of different simulation experiment is analyzed and compared. 3, Finally we established the mathematical model.Based on the model, this paper gives the design of the hardware and software.The hardware mainly includes the PLC template, signal isolation distributor, field instruments and actua
