1、1.Purpose 目的Site Acceptance Testing （SAT）, to verify that the proposed testing of specific items of major equipment and system at site meets the requirement of URS. To ensure the HVAC system assembling and commissioning compare with the requirement.在项目现场，测试关键系统和设备的被要求的项目符合URS的要求，保证空调系统已经按要求完成了组装和调试。
