5、ildreninayeararerarelyabletomeetthem,orevenhopeforagoodfewyearstogetherwiththeirparents.Thisnotonlyincreasestheruralleft-behindchildrenandtheirparentsfromtheeducation,healthcare,transportationandaccommodationandotherpressures.Moreover,thelongrunalsorestrictssocialprogressanddevelopment.First,therura

6、lchildrenleftbehindtoprotecttheinterestsofthelegalstatusof(A)lossofcustodyofchildrenleftbehindinruralareas,CivilLawArticle16provides:Theparentsofaminorisaminorsguardian,theminorsparentshavediedornoabilitytoguardianshipbyaguardianshipcapacitygrandparent,brother,sister,etC.actashisguardian.Accordingto

10、andotherneeds.Inaddition,theseoldergenerationslivinginthevillage,lesslikelytoreceiveinformationonallaspectsofthebigcities,sobythegrandparentsofeducationinconceptsandmethodsarealsosomewhatlaggingbehind,sothatthesechildrenhaveeasilyspoiledandlaissez-faireeducationaltendencies.Inparticular,theyaregener

11、allylowculturalquality,thereisnoabilitytohelptheirchildrenlearn,whichtosomeextent,isnotconducivetoruralchildrenleftbehindbyeducationlevel.Visible,isboundtomakeeverygenerationguardianshipcustodyofchildrenleftbehindweakeneD.Forsingleparentswhocaretheway,bytheimpactoftraditional,usuallythefatherofrural

12、childrenleftbehindbythemigrantworkers,themotherofthesechildrenleftbehindbytheexerciseofguardianship,careforthelivesofthesechildrenleftbehind,theyweremanagementandeducation.However,duetosinglemothersnotonlyresponsibleguardianfarmingtheircontractedlandandfarmland,butalsotocareforsickrelatives,therefor

13、e,singlemothersincustodywithstandheavyloadsandworkingundertremendouspressureoflife,cannotgivechildrenleftbehindappropriatecare,whichisboundtoharmtheinterestsofthechildaccesstoappropriatecareandeducationrights.Inadditiontotheabovetwotypesofcustody,thereistheadultrelativesorfriendsofthosechildrenleftbehindinruralareasformonitoring.Thesegenerallyhaverelativesandfriendstotakecareofminorchildren,whichwillbetheleft-behindchildrenincorrectionalcustodyvacuumstate.Bythepeersbrother,sisteritscustody,ontheonehand,someoftheseguardiansofth
