9、，以上一级别为准。不同地区标准，以施工所在地区为准。1.4本作业指导书的解释由中安公司工管部质量管理主管负责。2.施工准备2.1熟悉系统图、平面图、接线图，熟悉消防报警及联动设备说明书，熟悉被联动设备的动作原理及接线图，发现疑问/不明确时及时与设备厂家联系，应在安装前解决。2.2依照图纸查验现场，查看其他相关专业的图纸，做好与其他专业的技术协调和施工配合。2.3明确设备、主材的采购要求，确定规格、型号及相关的技术参数。2.4明确施工方法、顺序及工艺要求，必要时应对施工作业人员进行培训。2.5确定施工机具、其机具能力及数量，应满足施工高峰期的要求。2.6进行危险辨识，所有可能发生的意外均考虑防范

10、措施，并做好应急准备。3.预埋管路施工3.1准备工作：3.1.1按照现场结构施工状况确定墙柱、接线盒的高度及位置。3.1.2按照钢筋绑扎现状确定接线盒厚度及固定方法。3.1.3确定标记形式及漆色，应与其他专业标记相区别。3.2包盒：接线盒及管口要填充严实，保证不透浆、易清盒，严禁使用报纸、水泥袋作为填充物。3.3按图纸在模板上标识，要求全、准、明。全：不丢盒，不漏管（含中间接线盒）准：位置准确明：明显易识，与其他专业不混淆3.4管路铺设应沿最近路线进行，斜管入盒时应加弯，入盒时垂直于盒壁以保证入口处严实不漏浆。3.5盒子固定应牢固，盒口要贴近模板，宜用铁钉固定在模板上。3.6管道入盒要接牢，插

11、接到位，紧固螺钉要紧至上帽紧掉。管路应与钢筋绑扎牢固。3.7两盒之间的管道宜向上弓起，以便于排水。3.8管路弯曲半径应10倍管径。应使用专用工具弯制，弯扁度1/10管径。注意管道焊缝，应旁弯，避免拐弯处开裂。3.7管路较长时，中间应加接线盒，不大于下述距离：无弯时30m1个弯时20m2个弯时15m3个弯时8m3.8引下、引出模板时，开孔钻头应与管外径相一致。严禁开大孔。3.9多根管引出模板时严禁开通孔，应一孔一管，排列整齐，出模管不宜过长，引出管口应梯状排列。严禁用纸塞填管口。3.10现场截割短管，管口要打磨，去掉毛刺。3.11复查、整改：当一局部浇铸面管路敷设完成后应按图纸复查，并检查敷管质量，有问题时及时整改。3.12图纸标注：当敷管与原图纸有差异时，应按实际状况标注在施工图纸中，其增加的中间接线盒应标记清楚。3.13旁站看护：土建进行混凝土浇铸时，应有专人旁站看护所敷设的管路，防止震捣时冲动线管、线盒。其重点看护部位是拐弯处及梁底翻弯处。3.14清盒：土建拆模后，按照标识用小锤轻敲混凝土表面，不得用力
