2、 for qualification at anyother academic institute.Signature:Date:4摘要项目管理是指在项目活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法，使项目能够在有限资源限定条件下，实现或超过设定的需求和期望。精益建设是一种对顾客实现价值的最大化、浪费的最小化的施工管理模式。本论文研究的目的是通过对精益建设理论的研究，针对我国目前井筒施工的管理现状，构建一种适合我国井筒施工的精益建设管理模式。本文首先介绍了精益思想的内容，通过精益思想引出了精益建设的概念，并从准时化采购及施工、看板管理、模块化施工、施工均衡化、柔性施工体系、精益建设的品质保证、标准化

3、管理制度等几个方面论述了精益建设的基本理论体系。在此基础上，分析了当前在井筒施工中实施精益建设的障碍，着重提出了井筒施工中精益建设模式的构建，包括标准化制度的构建、标准化施工现场的管理、标准化施工过程的控制以及准时化物料供应等，详细介绍了精益建设的思想在井筒施工制度、管理、施工等方面的运用。基于以上的理论基础和条件，具体地阐述了井筒施工中精益建设组织管理模式的评级体系和方法，以具体细致的施工组织管理、财务、内部控制、后评价等作为评价指标，较为完整的量化了井筒施工精益建设管理模式评价指标体系。本文在井筒施工精益建设管理模式基础上，以 XX 煤矿井筒施工管理为例，对其精益建设实施情况进行了分析，阐
