1、DIE CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES. Die Construction GuidelinesPress Parameters 压床要求 Dies will have U clamping slots to suit press slots and clamping flange thickness should be 55 mm. Mahindra and Mahindra will be using either Bolt clamping method or hydraulic die clamps. 模具上应布置与机床压板槽位置相对应的U型槽,厚度为55mm。马恒达公

2、司装卡模具采用手动装卡和气缸装卡两种方式。 One rectangular and one V slots, for anchoring shall be provided on the rear end of bottom shoe of the die. Locating pins will be of 50-mm diameter. 下模本体出料方向设置左平右槽的模具快速定位。定位销的直径为50mm。 Proper care will be taken at the die design stage to ensure, ease of part loading and unloadin

3、g. 模具设计时要注意确保制件取送的方便。 Multi loading provision to be considered, wherever possible. 如果可能,可以采用多槽模。 Draw dies will be single action types. 拉延模具采用单动。 Long dies are to be designed, such that it is possible to load them front to back rather than right to left. 多槽模设计时,送件的方向优选从前到后,其次为从右到左。Die and Tool Param

6、op and bottom shoes should be guided with heelpost. 上下模之间采用导腿导向。 Blank holders to be guided on the punch using oil-less wear plates. 压边圈与凸模之间的导板采用自润导板。 All working radii should be duly flame hardened. 所有的工作圆角都应进行适当的火焰淬火处理。 Provide hardened plate below bottom face of pad to avoid digging due to cushi

7、on pins.压边圈气顶杆接柱上加垫块。 Bottoming marker to be provided at appropriate location for die setting. 应在凹模合适的位置设置到底标记销。 Provide single sided oil-less wear plate, wherever necessary. 所有导板采用单侧自润导板。 Pull out type of pin should be used for die lifting. 模具采用吊耳式起重棒。 Polishing of die shoe, without removal of tool

8、 from the press, should be possible.应该保证能够在压床上对模具进行抛光。 For die stacking hard Urethane blocks should be used. 为了保证模具的叠放,应选用高强度聚胺酯。 Preferably no draw compound should be used for proving of die. 模具在调试验收时考虑不使用润滑剂。Cutting Dies修边模具 Top and bottom shoes should be guided with pillars and also with two heel

9、posts, if length of die is beyond 2.0 meters and if cutting force is not balanced. 上下模之间采用导柱导向,如果模具长度大于2米或修边时有侧向力,则需要增加导腿。 Stripper should be guided with oil-less wear plates. In addition to shoulder bolts, safety-locking pins should be provided for stripper pads. 压料芯采用自润导板。压料芯可以采用侧销或退料螺钉限程。 Backing

10、 / heeling, for cutting inserts will be provided, when sheet thickness is more than 1.6 mm. 如果制件料厚大于1.6 mm,修边镶块要有挡墙。 Length of cutting and forming inserts should be of reasonable size for easy maintenance or replacements (not more than 250 mm) and should not warp during heat treatment process. 修边和成型

11、镶块的长度应该考虑到方便维修和更换(不超过250 mm),同时在进行热处理时不能有变形。 Die buttons will be used for piercing holes upto 15 mm diameter and for other holes, buttons will be used, depending upon criticality of shape of holes. 冲孔直径小于等于15 mm采用凹模套,对于其他孔是否选用凹模套,根据孔的形状的危险程度来确定。 Closing plates to be provided below the piercing punch

12、es on stripper plates to facilitate easy replacement of punch on the press. 冲孔时,压料芯对应部位要开天窗,以便在压床上能更换冲头。 All piercing punches of shoulder type and with standard punch retainers. 所有冲头选用台肩式,并选用标准固定板。 Sharpening of cutting edges of top die segments / punches shall be possible in press. 应该保证能在压床上对上模修边镶块

13、和冲头进行修理。 Springs replacement shall be possible on press with side locking pins. 应保证模具在压床上拔下侧销能更换弹簧。 All trimming scrap should come out of the die smoothly, for all piercing slugs, scrap trays shall be provided with proper chutes. (Maximum scrap size = 500 mm.). If scrap size more than 500 mm in spec

14、ial condition, M/s TQM shall inform M&M to take action. 所有修边废料应该能顺利滑出模具,所有冲孔废料及废料片都应作出合适的废料滑道(最大废料尺寸500 mm)。如果废料尺寸大于500 mm,TQM应通知马恒达公司采取对策。 Spare set of piercing punches in case below 10mm diameter and special shapes should be supplied with the tool. (Quantity =Maximum 2 nos. For each tool if the sa

15、me dimension of the piercing punches.) 孔径小于10mm的圆孔及异型孔需要随模发运一套凸、凹模备件。(如果同一套模具中有孔径相同的孔,备件数量最大为2个。) Rectangular wire die springs of Danely or equivalent make should be used for stripping and not elastomers. 压料芯的压力延采用矩形钢丝弹簧,不允许采用聚胺酯。 For die stacking, hard urethane blocks should be used. 为了保证模具的叠放,应选用高

16、强度聚胺酯。 Re-strike, Flanging, Burring and Forming Dies. 整型、翻边、翻孔、成型模具 Top and bottom shoes should be guided with heelposts 上下模之间采用导腿导向。 Wherever edges are intricate shape, separate hardened inserts should be provided, for easy maintenance and replacement 为了便于维修和更换,无论边界多复杂,都应采用镶块。CAM Tools 斜楔模具 For Cut

17、ting Operations 修边序 Top and bottom shoe should be guided with pillars and two heelposts, if tool length is beyond 2.0 meters. In any special conditions, this item can be discussed during die design approval. 上下模之间采用导柱导向,如果模具长度大于2米,则需要增加导腿。如有特殊情况,会签时再讨论。 For Other Operations 其他工序 Top and bottom shoe

18、should be guided with heelpost. 上下模之间采用导腿导向。 CAM drivers and CAM sliders should be guided with single edge oil-less wear plates. 斜楔机构斜楔机构驱动器和滑块采用单侧自润导板。 All CAMs have spring returns with positive retraction. 所有斜楔机构都应装有弹簧回程装置。 Proper care will be taken to avoid piercing scrap jamming and punch breaka

19、ge. 应该注意避免废料排出不畅和冲头的折断。 Safety guards to be provided for CAM springs. 斜楔机构的回程弹簧应有防护罩。Operators Parameter.操作要求 Component loading height from floor should be considered for ease of loading and unloading. The loading height from floor 1500 mm (maximum). 模具距离地面的操作高度应方便取送件。据离地面的最大操作高度为1500 mm。 The dies w

20、ith pneumatic ejectors (cylinder) shall be with a lift of 50 mm. 模具制件托起的高度为50 mm。 All pneumatic elements shall be of SMC make & STD parts of MISUMI make. 所有的气路元件选用SMC。标准件选用三住。 Primary and secondary locations shall be used wherever pin locators to be used. 制件应该有初定位和精确定位,尽量采用定位销定位。 All part locations

21、should be of fixed type and no collapsible locations will be provided. 所有的制件定位都应采用可调整式的。 Fool proofing pins shall be provided, as appropriate. 模具应该采用防反措施。 Spring-loaded ejectors shall be provided in the top die cavities. 上模型腔装弹顶销。 Scrap length should be of max. 500 mm. If the scrap size is more than

22、 500 mm. In special condition, M/s TQM shall inform to take action. 最大废料尺寸500 mm。在特殊情况下,如果废料尺寸大于500 mm,TQM应通知马恒达公司采取对策。 All scrap should fall down smoothly, but scrap arrestors are to be provided locally. In case of bigger window cutting dies, scrap should fall down after every stroke to avoid side

23、thrust on insert. Special conditions can be discussed during the die design approval. 所有废料应该能顺利滑出。冲大窗口孔时,应保证每次冲裁后废料都顺利掉下去,且不能卡在镶块上。如有特殊情况可以在会签时讨论。Standard Die Elements 模具标准件 Rubber buffer should be of polyurethane or equivalent. 缓冲橡胶要采用聚胺酯。 Guide pillars and bushes, heel plates and post, wear plates

24、 should be case hardened. 导柱导套和导板应进行适当的热处理。Quality Parameter 质量要求 Angular CAMs shall be provided, only if required, as the case may be. 如果工艺上需要,要采用斜楔机构。 Panel Set up shall ensure that, there is no slender cutting edge or hole on slant face, wherever possible. 制件确定冲压方向时应尽可能确保修边镶块没有薄弱部分,斜面上没有孔。 Any re

25、-striking requirement shall be envisaged at design stage only and not at tryout stage. 所有的整形所需要的条件,都应在设计阶段考虑,而不应到模具调试阶段再考虑。 Operation combination shall ensure ease of die maintenance and reliability of process. 合并工序时要考虑模具的维护费用以及工艺的可靠性。 Vertical edge cutting in trimming die should be avoided as far a

26、s possible. 修边模具中应该尽可能避免立切。 All checking fixtures should be provided with proper grid line marking and with proper pins with bushes and marking facility for critical holes. Dies will be manufactured based on the CAD data provided by Mahindra and Mahindra. Any major deviations between feature on pane

27、l and those on part drawings will be notified to and approved form Mahindra and Mahindra before start of die manufacturing. 模具应该根据马恒达提供的CAD数据加工。任何产品型的更改都应在加工前用产品图通知马恒达并得到确认。General 概述 Tool manufacturer shall study M&M recommended and supplied local raw material and advice the suitability of recommen

28、ded raw material, for the individual parts. 模具供应商应该研究马恒达公司推荐的材料,并且为每个件确定合适的材料。 All tool design should be as per manufacturers normal standard and give two copies of the standard to M&M for reference on receipt of confirmed order. 所有模具设计都应按照供货上的常规标准来进行,同时要提供给马恒达公司两份该标准,作为确认订单的参考。 Upon completion of t

29、ooling, all tool design will be forwarded to M&M, after incorporating all changes done during manufacturing and tryout. Tool design should be on reproducible media e.g. polyester film. 提供给马恒达的模具设计图纸应该是把模具加工及调试过程中的更改都更新过的图纸。模具图纸可以打印成硫酸纸。 Complete surface developments of draw die, punch and blank hold

30、er will be forwarded to M&M. 拉延模具凸凹模及压边圈的最终表面处理在马恒达完成。 Tool manufacturer shall provide M&M with specification and samples of the electrodes to be used for tool repair. 模具供应商应向马恒达公司提供修模用焊条的说明书和样品。 Blank locators should be minimum 10mm thick. 坯料定位最小为10mm厚。 All guide bushes should have retainers. 导套采用压

31、板式。 Springs used for ejectors should be guided in the pockets having enough depth or the springs should have pin at the center. 弹顶销中的弹簧要在安装中有足够的导向深度,或在弹簧的中心安装定位销。 Air connection brackets position on the tool should be at rear and on right side of the die. 模具气路接头的位置为模具的后右侧。 All longer / slimmer parts should be loaded front to back. 所有细长件的取送件方式为从前到后。 All dies should have position for quick change coupling for pneumatic circuits with separate flow controls valves for inlet and outlet for each cylinde
