2、也可以提高能源的利用率。本设计冷凝器从工作原理上划分属于换热器的一种,故结合化工工艺设计手册 、换热器设计手册、钢制列管式固定管板换热器结构设计手册等相关规范了解换热器的设计、发展、用途等方面的知识,通过气液热交换器的设计过程为主线,从工艺、结构及强度校核等几个方面体现设计过程。本设计的主要内容为:(1)对换热器的基本结构和原理进行简单的阐述。(2)根据给定的工艺技术参数以的相关条件,进行工艺计算。(3)综合考虑换热管束、管板、管箱、壳体、折流板、进、出接管及防冲与导流等结构部分的设计并进行强度校核。(4)对换热器的制造检验安装进行简介。本文是在压力容器的设计基础上,查阅常规换热器的设计标准,
