1、常用乳化剂及其HLB值之欧阳体创编HLB值时间：2021.02.03创作：欧阳体HLB值：表面活性剂为具有亲水基团和亲油基团的两亲分子,表面活性剂分子中亲水基和亲油基之间的大小和力量平衡程度的量,定义为表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡值。HLB值简介1949年由 W.C.Griffin 率先提出HLB值论点,说明表面活性剂分子中的亲水基团与亲油基团的平衡关系。在HLB中HHydrophile 表示亲水性，L为Lipophylic表示亲油性，B是Balance表示平衡的意思。 表面活性剂的亲油或亲水程度可以用HLB值的大小判别，HLB值越大代表亲水性越强，HLB值越小代表亲油性越强，一般而言HLB值从1

2、 40之间。HLB在实际应用中有重要参考价值。亲油性表面活性剂HLB较低,亲水性表面活性剂HLB较高。亲水亲油转折点HLB为10。HLB小于10为亲油性,大于10为亲水性。 HLB值（Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance Number）称亲水疏水平衡值，也称水油度。它既与表面活性剂的亲水亲油性有关，又与表面活性剂的表面（界面）张力、界面上的吸附性、乳化性及乳状液稳定性、分散性、溶解性、去污性等基本性能有关，还与表面活性剂的应用性能有关。 亲水亲油平衡值（ HLB 值）是用来表示表面活性剂亲水或亲油能力大小的值。 1949 年 Griffin 提出了 HLB 值的概念。将非离

3、子表面活性剂的 HLB 值的范围定为 0 20 ，将疏水性最大的完全由饱和烷烃基组成的石蜡的 HLB 值定为 0 ，将亲水性最大的完全由亲水性的氧乙烯基组成的聚氧乙烯的 HLB 值定为 20 ，其他的表面活性剂的 HLB 值则介于 0 20 之间。 HLB 值越大，其亲水性越强， HLB 值越小，其亲油性越强。随着新型表面活性剂的不断问世，已有亲水性更强的品种应用于实际，如月桂醇硫酸钠的 HLB 值为 40 。 HLB=亲水基的亲水性/亲油基的亲油性 编辑本段胶束的结构表面活性剂由于在油 - 水界面上的定向排列而具有降低界面张力的作用，所以其亲水与亲油能力应适当平衡。如果亲水或亲油能力过大，则

4、表面活性剂就会完全溶于水相或油相中，很少存在于界面上，难以达到降低界面张力的作用。 胶束的结构表面活性剂的 HLB 值不同，其用途也不同 非离子表面活性剂的 HLB 值还可利用一些经验公式计算得出，例如： HLB=7+11.7 lgM W /M 0 式中 M W 和 M 0 分别为表面活性剂分子中亲水基团和亲油基团的分子量。 非离子表面活性剂的 HLB 值具有加和性，因而可利用以下公式来计算两种和两种以上表面活性剂混合后的 HLB 值： 式中 W A 和 W B 分别表示表面活性剂 A 和 B 的量， HLB A 和 HLB B 则分别是 A 和 B 的 HLB 值， HLB AB 为混合后的
