2、常驻代表机构工作证、外国人就业证、外国专家证等证件的号码（中国驻外使领馆馆员填写驻外使领馆人员身份证明号码）。 10.物品批文号：填写相关部门批准进出境禁限物品的批准文号，无禁限物品的免填。11.联系电话：境内联系电话。以下内容按提货单填写12.进/出境：进境、出境、其他（写明原因，如报废等）。13.进出境口岸：物品实际进出我国关境口岸海关的名称。 14.启运/运抵国（地区）：启运国（地区）指进口货物直接运抵我国的起始发出的国家（地区）；运抵国（地区）指出口货物离开我国关境直接运抵的国家。无实际进出境的，本栏目填报中国。请按海关规定的国别（地区）代码表选择填报相应的起运/运抵国（地区）的中文名

3、称。15.装货/指运港：装货港指进口物品在运抵我国关境前的最后一个境外装运港；指运港指出口物品运往境外的最终目的港。无实际进出境的，本栏目填报“中国境内”。请按海关规定的港口航线代码表选择填报相应的港口中文名称。 16.运输方式：水路运输；铁路运输；汽车运输；航空运输；邮政运输； 其它运输（须注明具体方式）。注：非邮政方式进出口的快递物品，按实际运输方式填报，如航空运输；进出境旅客随身携带的自用物品，应填报其它运输。17.运输工具名称：水路运输填报船舶编号或船舶英文名称；铁路运输填报车厢编号或交接单号；汽车运输填报该跨境运输车辆的国内行驶车牌号；航空运输免予填报；邮政运输填报邮政包裹单号；其它

4、运输填报具体运输方式名称。18.航次(班)号：水路运输填报船舶的航次号；铁路运输填报进出境日期；汽车运输填报该跨境运输车辆的进出境日期（8位）；航空运输免予填报；邮政运输填报进出境日期；其他各类运输方式免予填报。 19.提运单号：水路运输填报进出口提运单号，如有分提运单的，填报进出口提运单号+“*”+分提运单号；铁路运输填报运单号；汽车运输免予填报；航空运输填报总运单号+“_”(下划线)+分运单号,无分运单的填报总运单号；邮政运输填报邮运包裹单号；其他各类运输方式免予填报。20.件数：按提货单或场站收据填写。21.毛重(千克)：按提货单或场站收据填写。计量单位为千克，不足1千克的填报为“1”。

6、.受托方名称及海关代码（身份证件号码）：委托代理公司申请的，填报代理公司名称及海关代码；委托他人申请的，填报受托人姓名和身份证件号码。以下内容按装箱清单、发票填写：30.项号：物品序列号。31.物品税号：按入境旅客行李物品和个人邮递物品进口税税则归类表归类填写。32.物品名称：物品规范的中文商品名称。汽车申报为：车辆牌名（如捷达、佳美等）+排气量（以“CC”为单位）+车型（如越野车、小轿车等）+车驾号，旧车应在车辆牌名前加“旧”字，新车不加。33.规格/型号：如普通电视机应申报荧幕尺寸，冰箱应申报容积数，汽车申报型号，如E320、750I等。34.数量：按申请物品的实际数量填写。如电脑主机1台

For example: “1 set” of computer mainframe, “20 discs” of CDs, “5 pieces” of furniture, etc.
