9、evelopment.119目 录1总则12基本要求23修理周期34日常检查保养45定期检查保养136年修237全面检修（总成大修）548整车性能检查989检修限度表9910附则 1191总 则1.1 SPZ-350双向配砟整形车用以完成道床的配砟、整形，使得道床布砟均匀，道床断面按技术要求的规定成型，作业后达到线路外观整齐、美观的效果。1.2 为了规范SPZ-350双向配砟整形车的检修工作，保证检修质量，特制定本规则。1.3 SPZ-350双向配砟整形车的检修贯彻“预防为主，质量第一”的工作方针。各运用单位必须健全检修规章制度，加强技术管理，提高检修质量。1.4 SPZ-350双向配砟整形车

10、检修，实行检查保养、计划修理和状态监测修理相结合的检修制度。1.5 各单位应创造条件，积极开展主要零部件和总成的轮换修及专业化集中修，缩短机械设备的在修时间。在执行过程中应配备专业人员积极开展状态监测工作。1.6 本规则未做规定者，按国家和铁道部有关技术标准或产品设计要求执行。1.7 其它暂未制定检修规则的清筛机检修可参照本规则执行。2基本要求2.1 SPZ-350双向配砟整形车的修程可以分为：日常检查保养、定期检查保养、年修、全面检修（总成大修）、厂修。2.2 日常检查保养、定期检查保养、年修、状态监测由运用单位组织实施。全面检修（总成大修）由运用单位或送取得认证资质的单位实施。在检修过程中

11、，施修人员应做好记录。厂修由取得维修许可资质的单位实施，厂修规范另定。2.3 根据检修工作需要，运用单位应配备必要的检修设备及工具。检修中的仪器、仪表、量具等应按规定校验合格。2.4 运用单位应配备专业检修人员和质量检验员，并按本规则制订相应的检修细则，编制检修工艺，同时加强检修管理，严格质量控制。 2.5 年修、全面检修（总成大修）竣工后，由兼职验收员按本规则验收，并在检修记录上签章。 2.6 检修用配件应是合格品，并符合大型养路机械配件管理规则的有关规定。 2.7 所有检修的高一级修程内容，应包含低一级修程的内容。3修理周期3.1 日常检查保养在机械施工期间每日进行。3.2 定期检查保养3

12、.2.1 电气系统、液压系统、气动系统、车钩缓冲装置、工作装置、空调系统和车体结构在机械使用期间，每六个月进行一次。3.2.2 制动系统、动力传动系统和走行系统在机械使用期间，每三个月进行一次。3.3 年修每年进行一次。 3.4 全面检修（总成大修）在机械使用期间，每六年进行一次。3.5 柴油机的检修按制造商维修保养手册规定的周期进行。4日常检查保养4.1 电气系统 4.1.1 常规检查 4.1.1.1 所有电磁阀、插头等接插部件应接触牢固，无松动现象。蓄电池的接线没有松动和氧化现象。 4.1.1.2 各种行程、感应和压力开关及压力传感器的工作位置准确，安装牢固，不应松动。 4.1.1.3 柴

13、油机启动前，蓄电池电压应不低于20V；柴油机启动后，蓄电池电压在24V28V之间。4.1.1.4 柴油机启动后，打开照明、指示、报警装置的控制开关，各装置应工作正常，各仪表显示正确。 4.1.1.5 作业指示灯、前后大灯、信号灯、照明灯、警灯等安装牢固，显示正确。大灯的安装位置调整合适，聚焦良好，照射方向正确。4.1.1.6 检查各操纵手柄、旋钮及开关的位置是否正确。4.1.1.7 电磁控制阀与电缆的连线无损伤，电气部分与阀体接合牢靠，信号灯指示正常。 4.1.2 功能检查 4.1.2.1 正确操作启动柴油机、调速、停机，其电气控制功能应正常；正确操作控制箱上各开关、按钮的相应动作应可靠，各指

14、示灯、仪表显示正常。重点检查信号灯、电喇叭、紧急停机和辅助制动工作正常。4.1.2.2 检查走行电气控制系统挂、脱挡功能及显示应正常。控制箱上各开关、按钮应动作自如，各工作机构相应的执行动作与各开关或按钮的功能保持一致，并与面板上各开关、按钮标示的动作方向一致。4.1.3 检查故障报警显示系统工作正常。 4.1.4 检查无线列调、运行监控装置和机车信号的性能应良好。 4.1.5 发电机组的检查依据发电机组随机说明书。 4.1.6 网络系统检查4.1.6.1 PLC系统，通电检查CPU及各模块指示灯是否正常，各指示灯的含义如下：SF红色，系统故障指示；BF（或BATF）红色，后备电池故障指示，没有电池或电池电压不足时亮；DC5V绿色，表示内部5V工作电压正常；FRCE黄色，强制（FORCE），表示至少有一个输入或输出被强制；RUN绿色，在CPU起动（START UP）时闪烁，在运行时长亮；ST0P橙色，在停止模式下长亮，慢速闪烁（0.5Hz）表示请求复位，快速闪烁（2Hz）表示正在复位。4.1.6.2 工控机系统，计算机工作整车，触摸屏触摸灵敏、可靠。4.1.7 三项设备工作正常，八灯显示准确。4.2 液压系统4.2.1 液压油箱油位不足时，应使用滤芯精度不低于10m的滤油机
