5、.the key of five is eight face plate assembly angle 。工艺流程如下:Process flow as follow:三、八角漏斗主要制作工艺及控制措施: Eight-square funne main process and control measure3.1 薄板焊接变形控制3.1.1 我们采用多头切割机对钢板先进行了充分预热,并对火焰切割温度,速度等参数进行了调整、复核,进行切割、下料。以尽最大可能减少由于受热等原因引起的变形。 Multi burner cutting machine steel plate cutting、baitin
6、g。3.1.2对于弯曲变形的钢板利用外力进行矫正Steel plate bending deformed straighten3.1.3 T型立柱进行对称组装,减少旁弯变形。Symmetry assemble T type stand column,for prevent side bending deformed,double webplate to bore hole together3.1.4T型立柱拆分后,腹板翼缘板进行矫正. 7、n 3.1.5 T型加筋组装、焊接和矫正T type stiffening plate assembly 、welding and deformed straighten。3.2T型立柱腹板螺栓穿孔率控制两个T型立柱组合在一起,对腹板进行套钻以保证螺栓穿孔率3.3 八角漏斗上下圆同心度控制在胎架上进行整体拼装,内由槽钢进行支撑角度定位,外由平台上挡板进行尺寸(直径)定位,在下圆找好圆心,吊垂线确定上圆圆心,保证上下圆在同一中心。 On the assembly frame to whole assemble,inside by Channel steel support allocation,
8、outside by baffle to size allocation,and use vertical line to ensure same centre .3.4 八个柱脚平面度以及直径尺寸控制 3.4.1 搭设组装胎架(平台),并调平 Set up assembly frame3.4.2划线确定直径尺寸,焊接挡板进行直径定位 By baffle to size allocation.3.5面板拼装角度控制3.5.1T型立柱与面板组装,利用角度样板控制装配角度 T type stand column and faceplate assembly,To use sample plate control angle。3.5.2T型面板与立柱组装T type stand column and faceplate assembly3.5.3T型立柱与面板焊接 T type stand column and faceplate welding.3.5.4 先进行对角四片面板组装,后组装剩下的四块面板。 At THE first, to assemble diagonal faceplate ,after that to assemble the rest of four faceplate . 四、成品效果
