1、维修电工安全操作规程维修电工安全操作规程一、作业目的 1、凡参与本工作必须经过安全技术培训考试合格发给特种作业人员操作证明,并应熟悉本规程和电气设备的检修等规程。 2、 对设备的电气系统进行保养、维护、检修，以保障设备的电传动系统、电气控制系统正常运作和满足生产工艺要求. 3、对供电、用电设施进行维护，对用电操作进行监督，以保证供电、用电系统的安全。 二(作业前准备 1、电工应基本掌握电器安全知识,包括高压、低压、直流、交流电子技术等,必须持证操作,未经培训和考试不合格者不得独立操作. 2、 熟悉车间供电系统的供电设施，知道各总开关、分开关的控制范围和线路布置。 3 、熟悉生产线上各种设备的电

2、传动原理和生产工艺对电传动的要求，熟悉各控制屏的性能和结构,了解常见故障的检查和排除方法. 4 、熟悉生产线上各种电控设施的原理性能和电气控制对设备操作、生产工艺的影响,熟悉电控系统的结构和元件位置、维护和调整方法以及常见故障的检查和排除方法。 5 、电工操作者和检修者在工作前,应验明劳保用品和工具是否符合绝缘安全要求，严禁侥幸作业，确保有效和安全。 三、工作职责 family 7 being killed there。 Zhu Xi forces, hundreds of people were killed and 19 captured fighters of their respect

8、持经常处于完整无损,清洁整齐正常安全运转。 2、按预修计划进度对电气设备进行预防性检修，经常检查电动机，加油清理及清除现有或将发生的故障,更换不良的电气部件等。 3、经常监督对各种电气设备的运行情况，发现不合理操作时应及时纠正，或制止操作，随时宣传电气设备运行的安全知识，保证安全用电。 4、上班严禁脱岗、睡岗、聚岗或干与工作无关的事情。 4、保持工作地点和电工室的清洁,所有器具应有秩序的放置和保持完整无损,运行的设备发生故障时应尽快设法修理。 四、巡检作业 上班时应首先巡视检查责任范围内的电气设施（如果有人交班，应在巡视检查前向上班人员了解上一班的电气设施运行情况和遗留问题）巡视检查内容包括：

9、 1、对本管辖维修区域内的配电线路，低压配电室、电机设备及其他电力传动和照明等设备是否正常，每班应巡视检查并做记录. 2、各车间供电是否正常，如果不正常应首先恢复供电，特别要保证重要设备、主要生产线的正常供电。 3 、设备是否在正常运转，电气操作和电气控制系统是否灵活有效可靠.为了能较准确掌握电气设施情况，电气巡检人员应向操作工、机械维修工、质检员了解设备运转情况和电控系统是否满足设备、工艺、质量各方面的要求。 family 7 being killed there. 16、岗位的工人操作，但电工应对所管辖内的配电箱等各类设备经常进行安全检查。 2、禁止非电工人员修理电器设备、线路及开关或进入配电室。 3、电气设备的保护装置不得随意变动或拆除，不得更改其整定好的设计参数，必须定期做预防性检验及绝缘防护用品的预防性试验. 4、对运行中电机和转动设备进行维修时，不许在转动时进行其他工作。如必须工作应有保证安全的防护措施；对正在运行的电器设备,发生或未发生不正常现象一律不准带负荷拉隔离开关。 family 7 being killed there。 Zhu Xi forces， hundreds of people were killed and 19 captured

22、、要防止各种冷却液及润滑油等浸入电气设备，注意电源线或接地线是否移动，各种安全设施是否齐全可靠,禁止在电机开关和其它电器设备附近堆放材料或杂物，更不准在开关箱内放置其他东西. 6、变电所、配电室、电器站等处，必须备用电气用消防器材,并要设专人保管，电工随时可用会用。 六、检修 1、检查、维修设备时，必须严格遵守本单位制定的有关安全规定，办理有关手续后方可操作，切断电源。 2、检修前要先切断要修的线路和设备的电源，并用试电笔进行试验证实没电后悬挂“严禁合闸”警示牌,确认无电并采取短路接地措施;确认检修完毕清理现场后，应由停电挂警告牌者取下,按程序恢复送电。 3、作业完毕应有操作工或机械维修工在场

29、，安全绳长度小于2m；严禁在高处抛物。登梯作业时应有专人监护。 8、一般情况下，在电器设备上工作均应停电后操作。必须带电作业时,要采取安全措施，按带电作业规程操作. 9、严格按电气设备的安装技术进行安装及维护。电线、电缆、母线等电板导接头处要拧紧,绝缘包扎好，严禁有松动或破损裸露的现象。 10、对于电气设备的裸露部位(带电体）或旋转部位设置安全防护或防护遮拦，并挂牌显示. 11、高压停电送电，必须得到有关主管方面的指令，方可按工作票制度，工作许可制度，工作监护制度，进行操作,拉闸时必须两人,操作者应听取监护者发布逐条操作命令,操作人员再背读命令无误后再操作。 12、变配电室内、外高压部分及线路
