1、环境有害物质达标承诺书环境限用物质达标承诺书本人承诺，经公司授权，我谨代表公司签署此份环境限用物质达标承诺书，保证所填写资料的真实可靠，并且遵循（ ）有限公司（以下简称 ）对采购材料环保符合性的要求，给（ ）供货的所有物料（包括零部件/组件/产品/包装/运输材料等）均符合表1监管物质清单中以及表2中的环保要求。如果将来本公司的材料中的有害物质含量有任何变化时（更换物料、更换初级材料供应商或改变生产工艺等引起），我司将主动向（ ）提交最新的第三方有害物质检测报告。目前仍使用到这些有害物质时，我司将在本承诺书后面的表3列出。1： 监管物质清单表5.1： 监管物质清单Item物质名称/Substan
