1、齐齐哈尔市中考英语考试说明2016年齐齐哈尔市中考英语考试说明一、命题范围与原则(一)命题范围齐齐哈尔市2016年初中毕业学业考试英语学科以人教社出版的九年义务教育初级中学英语教材新目标为基础。命题的范围是英语课程标准之“内容标准”中五级目标的内容、要求及相关的附录,同时参考三级和四级的内容和要求。(二)命题原则遵循下列原则:1.着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力依据2011年修正的英语课程标准,命题要以全面、准确地考查学生的综合语言运用能力为宗旨,真正落实“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价指导思想,主要是通过读、写形式考查学生综合语言运用能力,体现语言学习对学生发展的价值。2.充分考虑学生的实
2、际生活和身心发展水平,关注学生不同特点和个性差异试题所选择的语言素材和创设的语言运用情境,要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验及当时社会发展状况。试题素材的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。3.选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际情形命题在选择语言素材时,尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材,尽可能提供语意相对完整的语境,尽可能使试题任务接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情形,实现语言学习的实践性和应用性。二、考查内容与说明(一)语言知识的运用能力语言知识的运用能力主要考查学生在一定的语境中运用语法知识、词汇知识、语用知识、语言交际的能力。对知识的考查不是孤立地考查某些知识点,更
3、不是机械地考查对知识的记忆情况。(二)交际技能能够回答有关个人信息的问题,并就较熟悉的话题与他人进行交流,特别是在真实语境中沟通信息、描述事物、表达情感、发表观点和意见的能力。(三)阅读技能2016年齐齐哈尔市初中毕业学业考试英语学科把阅读技能作为主要考查内容之一,着重考查学生理解各种题材和体裁的书面材料的能力,以及从各种材料中获取信息的能力。适当选用一些实用性的语言材料作为试题的素材,如广告、告示、说明书、指令等。(四)写的技能写的技能指运用所学语言知识与技能,以书面的形式进行信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。着重考查学生以书面形式表达真实意义或传递信息的能力。三、
4、试题难度、试卷长度与分值比例(一)试题难度英语学科考试难度按易、中、难划分,拟定比例为7:2:1。难度系数应在0.650.75之间。(二)试卷长度英语学科考试采取书面笔答闭卷的方式,试卷采用16开8页布局,由大约80个小题及书面组成,考试时间120分钟,满分120分。(三)分值比例试题120分。其中:单项选择30分(约占25%)、完形填空15分(约占12.5%)、情景交际20分(约占16.7%)、阅读理解40分(约占33.3%)、书面表达15分(约占12.5%)。四、题型与赋分.Multiple choice.
