3Boardcompositionandworkingprinciple

Description:

Thenameoftheboardare:

SinglePanel(Single-SidedBoards)

Wehavejustmentioned,thebasicPCB,componentsconcentratedinoneside,wiresareconcentratedontheotherside.Becausetheleadonlyinoneside,sowecallthisiscalledsingle-sidedPCB(Single-sided).Single-paneldesignlinesbecausetherearemanystrictrestrictions(becauseonlyoneside,thewiringbetweentheAC*andmustnotbealonearoundthepath),soonlyuntiltheearlyuseofsuchacircuitboard.

DoubleSided(Double-SidedBoards)

Bothsidesofthiscircuitboardwiring.Butwithawireonthesides,thesidesmusthavetheappropriateelectricalconnectionsbetweentheCaixing.Thecircuitbetweena"bridge"iscalledthepilothole(via).PilotholeinthePCB,theholesfilledorcoatedwithmetal,itcanbeconnectedtothewirewithbothsides.Becausetheareaofdual-paneltwiceasbigthanthesinglepanel,andbecauseroutingcanbeinterleaved(mightgoaroundtotheotherside),itismoresuitableforuseinmorecomplexthanthesingle-sidedcircuit.

Multilayer(Multi-LayerBoards)

Inordertoincreasetheareaforrouting,multilayerspendmoresingle-ordouble-sidedwiringboard.Thenumberofmultilayerfilmsusingdouble-sided,andplacedineachcubicle

1.Transformer:

UsingtheprincipleofelectromagneticinductiontochangetheACvoltageofthedevice,themaincomponentistheprimarycoil,secondarycoilandcore(core).Inelectricalequipmentandradiocircuits,commonlyusedforliftingvoltage,impedancematching,securityisolation.Theproductofthetransformervoltageis220V-9V.

Whenthechangeofcurrentflowingthroughtheinductor,theinductorcoilbytheinducedelectromotiveforcetostopthecurrentchanges.Whenthecurrentthroughtheinductorincreases,theinductanceself-inductanceofthecoilemfandcurrentintheoppositedirection,topreventtheincreaseincurrent,whilepartoftheelectricalenergyintomagneticenergystoredintheinductorinto;whenthecurrentthroughtheinductorcoilisreduced,Self-inductanceemfandcurrentinthesamedirectiontopreventthecurrentdecreases,whilethereleaseofstoredenergytocompensateforthecurrentdecrease.Therefore,filteredbytheinductor,notonlythepulseofloadcurrentandvoltagedecreases,thewaveformbecomessmooth,andtherectifierdiodeconductionangleincreases.

4.Regulatorcircuit:
