摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展，人民生活水平越来越高，因此，促进与攀枝花旅游事业发展的要求越来越迫切。

攀枝花，中国唯一以花命名的城市，不仅拥有丰富的钢铁、钒钛和水能资源，而且拥有独具特色的优越旅游资源。

通过对攀枝花旅游业现状的分析可以发现：

虽然攀枝花的旅游业取得了一定的成就与发展，但同时也同样存在着巨大的发展空间。

同时通过对攀枝花旅游前景的分析得出：

要促进攀枝花旅游的可持续发展，可以从民族风情旅游、斯吧旅游、工业旅游、农业旅游和周边旅游着手。

充分开发与拓展攀枝花旅游业的发展空间，从而促进攀枝花旅游业的可持续发展，以增加第三产业的比重，促进当地社会和经济和谐、健康、稳定、可持续地发展。

ABSTRACT

Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy,people’slivingstandardsaregettingbetterandbetter.Therefore,thetourismindustryneedstobepromotedinPanzhihuaCityurgently.

Panzhihua,theexclusivecitynamedafteraflower,possessesnotonlyabundantironandsteel,vanadium-titaniumandhydropowerresources,butalsorichtouristresources.ThroughtheanalysisofthePanzhihua’sstatusquooftourismindustry,itisfoundthatalthoughPanzhihua’stourismhasachievedalot,thereisstillmuchspacefordevelopment.ThroughtheanalysisofprospectsforPanzhihua’stourism,itispossibletoexploitthesustainabletourismonthefolkcustomtraveling,spatraveling,industrialtraveling,agriculturaltravelingandcircumjacenttraveling.

SufficientlydevelopingandpromotingPanzhihua’stourismandleadingitinasustainablewaywillincreasetheproportionofthethirdindustryandfacilitatetheharmonious,healthy,stable,andsustainabledevelopmentofthelocaleconomyandsociety.

Introduction

Accompanyingwiththedevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy,thethirdindustryhasbeenbecomingmoreandmoreimportant,anddevelopingthetourismindustryhasbeentakenasthestrategyinprovincialeconomyofSichuan,especiallytourism.Sichuanisalargeprovincewithabundanttouristresources.PanzhihuaCityisayoungindustrialcity,whichwasconstructedin1960s,anditsmunicipalgovernmentfollowedtheprovincialstrategytodevelopthelocaltourismin1990s.Themiscellaneousculturesnotonlyhaverecordedthecity’shistory,butalsohavecreatedtheverydistinctivemoderncivilization.

PanzhihuaistheexclusivecitynamedafteraflowerinChina.ItisunderadministrativejurisdictionofSichuanProvince,locatedintheadjacentareaofSichuanandYunnanProvinceswheretheYangtzeRivermeetsitslongesttributary,theYalungRiver.Panzhihuaisanewly-builtimmigrantcitywhichwasconstructedin1965,withatotalareaof7,440.398squarekilometers.Itisadministrativelydividedintothreedistrictsandtwocounties,whichfurtherincludes59townshipswiththetotalpopulationof1.06millionwhichismadeupof42ethnicgroups,inwhichincludeYiPeople,LisuPeople,MiaoPeople,HuiPeopleandsoon,contributeabout13%ofthetotalpopulation.

Asamoderncity,whichpossessesabundantmineral,hydro,andtouristresources,Panzhihuaisanimportantsteel,vanadium-titaniumandenergybasesinWesternChina.ComradeDengXiaopingoncegavehiscomment“Thislandisrichlyendowedbynature."Theaverageannualtemperaturehereisabout20degreecentigrade,andtheannualsunshinetimeaverages2,700hours.Withsunnyandmildclimate,Panzhihuaisnotonlysuitableforagricultureandfruitplantingandgrowing,butalsoforsightseeingthroughouttheyear.Ithasmanydistinctivetouristresources,includingkarstholes,stoneforests,falls,hotsprings,primitiveforests,highmountainlawns,undergroundlakes,thethirdhighestdamintheworldandthe“miniaturesteelcitycarvedonivory”.Itisregardedastheparadiseofbotanist,foritsnationalandprovincialforestparks,inwhichthestate-levelNatureReserveofCycadsPanzhihuaensisholdsthelargestareaofprimitivecycadsintheworld,anditispraisedasawonderforthecycadsbloomeveryyear,andthisisratherinfrequentinotherplaces.

Withtheimprovementofpeople’slivingstandards,thetourismindustryhasbeendevelopedalot,especiallysincefollowingthedirectiontoconstructPanzhihuaasaworldfamousgarden-liketourcitybyformerPremierZhuRong-ji,andthemunicipalgovernmenthasbeentakinggreateffortsonthetourismindustry.TheinterestingandexcitingInternationalYangtzeRiverRaftingCompetitionattractstouristsallovertheworld.Withabundantgemssuchascrystal,agateandemerald,andthewonderfulinkstone,Juqueinkstone,itisveryconvenientfortouriststodoshoppinghere.Therearehigh-qualitytravelagencies,hotelsandrestaurants,whichcansupplyknightservicestoguestsworldwide.Now,Panzhihuahasbecomeanimportanttourcityonthefolk-customtravelingrouteinthesouthwestofSichuanandnorthwestofYunnan.

NowthatPanzhihuaCityhasveryadvantageousnaturalconditionsandresources,perfectedinfrastructureanddistinctcultures,therefore,whataboutitsexploitedstatusquo,problemsandprospect?

Asthesustainabledevelopmentisanimportantstrategyforthedevelopmentofourcountry,howcanPanzhihua’stourismindustrybepromotedinasustainableway?

Inordertosolvethisproblem,firstofall,itisnecessarytogetaveryclearawarenessoftouristresourcesinPanzhihuaCity.

1.AbundantTouristResources

Panzhihuaisanewly-builtheavyindustrialcitywithabundantnaturalresources.Itisnodoubtthatindustryisveryimportant,butonlydependingontheindustryisnotasustainableway.Especially,thethirdindustryisinlowproportion,whichisneitherusefultoimprovepeople’slivingstandards,norpossibletopromotetheindustrialdevelopment.Itistheonlychoicetodevelopthethirdindustry,improvethestatusquoinPanzhihuaandthelivingstandardsofthepeople.Andtourismisthefirstleadingchoiceofthethirdindustry.

1.1.NaturalResources

PanzhihuaCitypossessesabundantnaturalresources,whichisgoodforthetourismdevelopment.Whatareadvantageousnaturalresources?

PanzhihuaislocatedatthejunctionoftheJinshaRiverandTheYalungRiver,borderingLiangshanPrefectureofSichuanProvinceinthenortheastandChuxiongPrefectureofYunnanProvinceinthesouthwest.SituatedinthegreatriftvalleyofPanzhihua-Xichangarea,whichisbetweentheQinghai-TibetanPlateauandYunnan-GuizhouPlateau,PanzhihuaCityisthenearestpointinSichuanProvincetoSouthChina,thecoastalareasandtheSoutheastAsiacountries.Itisanimportantcommunicationhubandcollectinganddistributingcenterinthe"GreatPassageofSouthwestChina".

Panzhihuahasathree-dimensionalverticalclimateinthesouthsubtropics,withfeaturesoflongsummer,indistinctseasons,stronglightradiationandremarkabledifferenceinverticalclimate.Itsfrost-freeperiodisover300days;annualaveragetemperatureisabout20℃;rainfallisbetween800--1,100mmandtheannualsunshinehouris2,700.

Withmountains,primitiveforests,thelakeinthegorge,karstholesandhotspringcoexisted,PanzhihuaCitypossessesbeautifulscenery,suchastheLongtanKarstCave,whichisopentovisitors,hasastrongappeal.Marvelingatitscavesinsidecaves,flyingwaterfallsandfantasticstalactite,visitorswouldacclaimitastheacmeofnature'screation.Furthermore,HonggeHotSpringcontainsradon,whichisrareinotherspringsinChina.Thehotspringhasatemperatureof57℃allyearround,bolsteredbyfluorine,carbonicacid,variousmineralsandinorganicsalts.

Panzhihuahasabundantresourcesofsunshineandheat.Thefrost-freeperiodisover300days.Itisfreefromtheinvasionoftyphoon.Ithasthree-dimensionalclimaticfeaturesofasmallannualdifferenceoftemperature,greatdifferencebetweendayandnight.Asoneofthestate-leveldemonstrationareaforfeaturedagriculturalscienceandtechnology,eightproductionbases,suchassub-tropicalfruits,winter-springvegetablesandsugarcane,havebeenconstructed.Thebiologicalresourcesareveryrichwith283,500hectaresofforestareasand190familiesand2,300speciesofvariousplants.CycadPanzhihuaensis,whichisinblossomeveryyear,hasareputationoflivingfossil.Thereare264speciesofwildanimals,threeofthembelongingtostatefirstclassprotectedanimalsand21ofthembelongtothestatesecond-classprotectedanimals.

Panzhihuaisendowedwithplentifulmineralresources.Therearenearly50kindsofprovedminerals,inwhichthereserveofvanadiumandtitaniummagnetiteaccountsforabout10billiontons,thesecondlargestminenexttoAnshan-BenxiareainChina.Meanwhiletherearesomanyotherassociatedraremetalssuchaschromium,nickel,scandium,gallium,etc.Thereservesoftitaniumdioxideare870milliontons,accountingfor90.54%ofthecountry'stotaland35.2%oftheworld'stotal,rankingthefirstintheworld.Thereservesofvanadiumpentoxideare15.788milliontons,accountingfor62.2%ofthecountry'stotal,
