put构成的常用短语

putaway将…收起,把…放回原处

putaside忽视,不理睬

putback将…放回

putby攒钱,积蓄

putdown放下

putoff推迟,延迟

puton穿上,戴上

putup提出(意见等),建造,搭建

2)intime意为“及时”,注意与ontime(准时)区分。

3)fallasleep入睡

asleep表示睡着的,sleepy表示困的

前者一般修饰物,意为“令人大为吃惊的”,而后者一般修饰人,意为“感到吃惊的”。
