1-1仪器简介
SKM-1型智能石油密度分析仪是由计算机控制全自动运行的气体膨胀真密度分析系统,能准确测定粉体、块状固体、浆状物质、泡沫等多种材料的骨架体积(含闭孔)和真密度,其测量的速度快,单站分析过程时间小于2min;结果精确度高,优于±0.04%。
分析材料的体积范围为10ml~25ml。

下装式(采用快速活接头方式),以样品池直接作为样品样品仓,具有对样品样品仓体积利用率高的优势,从而使测试精度得以提高;“下装卡口式”的样品池,可以满足大体积装样的需求,以达到提高测试精度的目的。

Gasexpansionandsubstitutionmethodisreplacedbyagasdischargeintheliquidsamplevolume. Thismethodexcludesthepossibilityofleachingmethodforsampledissolution,hastheadvantageofwithoutdamagetothesample.Becausethegascanintothesmallsamplesofirregularairporosityandsurfacesubsidence,sosamplesizeclosertotheskeletonofthesamplevolumeismeasured,whichcanbeusedtocalculatethedensityofthesample,thetestvaluesareclosertothetruedensityofthesample.

1-4测试原理
应用阿基米德原理--气体膨胀置换法,利用小分子直径的惰性气体在一定条件下的玻尔定律(PV=nRT),通过测定由于样品样品仓放入样品所引起的样品样品仓气体容量的减少来精确测定样品的骨架体积(含闭孔),从而得到其真密度,真密度=质量/骨架体积。
气体膨胀置换法是以气体取代液体测定样品所排出的体积。
此法排除了浸液法对样品溶解的可能性,具有不损坏样品的优点。
因为气体能参入样品中极小的孔隙和表面的不规则空陷,因此测出的样品体积更接近样品的骨架体积,从而可以用来计算样品的密度,测试值也更接近样品的真实密度。
仪器的测试系统由样品样品仓和标准仓构成,如图。
测定样品密度时,仪器自动采集标准仓的压力P1及体积V1并记录;将一定未知体积的样品V样品放入已知体积V2的样品样品仓,向样品样品仓注入一定量的气体并记录稳定后的压力P2;将样品样品仓与标准仓连通并记录稳定后的压力P3,根据平衡稳定后的压力值和相关已知的体积V1、V2即可计算出待测的样品体积V样品,再由样品的质量和体积计算出样品的真密度。
SKM-1智能石油密度测定仪由于具有先进的“快速接头”,样品池安装方便,以样品池直接作为样品样品仓,具有对样品样品仓体积利用率高的优势;对于25ml的样品池,样品仓体积利用率高于90%;从而使对于少量样品的测试精度得以提高;而通常的样品池“上装加盖式”,将样品池装入测试桶内加盖密封后进行测试,“测试桶+样品池”构成的样品样品仓内有大量剩余的无用空间,使样品仓体积利用率低,对于25ml的样品池,样品仓体积利用低于10%;从而造成对于少量样品的测试精度难以保证。
另一方面,“上装加盖式”样品池的体积受制于加盖的测试桶的体积,不适用大体积装样量(难以满足150ml体积以上的装样量),而“下装卡口式”的样品池,可以满足大体积装样的需求,使装样上限达到500ml以上,以达到拓宽测试范围、扩大适用面、提高测试精度的目的。
