Youfirstneedtoknowwhyyou’veexperiencedburnout.First,lookatanyresentment(愤怒)thatyoufeeltowardsyourwork.Often,feelingsofresentmentpointtosomethingimportantthatismissing.

Here’sagoodexample.Jennifermanagesateamaroundtheworld,soherworkdayoftenstartsat6a.m.Shedoesn’tmindthisbecauseshelikesherteamandherjob.Butshefeelsresentful(愤恨的)whenherbossforgetsthatshestartsworksoearlyandrepeatedlyaskshertostaylate,whichcauseshertomissimportanttimewithherfamily.

Inthisexample,burnoutwouldn’thappenifJenniferdislikedherjob;infact,sheloveswhatshedoes.Sheexperiencesburnoutbecauseshehatesmissingoutonfamilytimeintheevenings.
