概
述
本单元是译林七年级英语下册的第六单元，包括七个板块的内容。
本单元的七个部分基本上都户外活动这一话题展开，语言技能和语言知识都是依据这个中心话题而设计的，从而达到通过本单元的学习，使学生对户外活动有更多的了解，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，让学生综合运用前几单元学到的内容、语言知识、语言技巧及学习技巧，培养他们的口头交际能力、动手能力、自主学习能力、创新能力及合作精神。
Welcometotheunit板块主要是让学生了解了户外活动的简单用语了解并预热本单元的中心话题。
Reading板块是以培养学生的自我阅读能力为目的，以此让学生能进一步了解叙事的时间顺序，再次体会一般过去时的用法，学习动词与方位介词的搭配。
Grammar板块讲解了一般过去时的用法。
这一单元涉及的一般过去时的肯定和否定用法是本单元的难点也是重点，要求学生要灵活掌握运用。
Integratedskills板块主要内容是让学生了解并初步掌握一般过去时，以及运用一般过去时对户外活动其进行简单讨论。
studyskill板块主要学会使用工具书籍，并能通过工具进行自我解决学习问题。
Task板块是让学生进一步学习如何讲解故事，掌握如何条理清晰地描述事物。
Self-assessment板块要求学生对照本单元各个学习项目进行自我评价，对本单元的学习进行自我反省，制定计划以提高自己的学习水平。
教学重难点
1.掌握一般过去时的用法。
2.能初步辨认一般过去时与现在完成时的区别。
3.能熟练运用本单元词汇，并区别近义词的异同点。
4.学会运用字典等工具书自我解决学习中遇到的问题。

教学活动设计一:

活动说明：
在Welcometotheunit的话动中采用两人一组ClassWok的形式。
先是通过flashcard的演示，进行师生间的询问，让学生展开自由讨论。
设计意图:
本单元的话题是户外活动，设计此活动的目的是引入本单元的话题，让学生了解户，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生的语言运用能力。
教学活动设计二:
Groupdiscussion
活动说明:
此活动放在Reading中进行。
讨论的话题是Outdoorfun,将学生分成几个小组，然后让学生分组讨论在服饰举行的一些简单用语。
设计意图：
通过小组讨论加深学生对Reading课文的理解，同时对本单元的重要句子进一步进行巩固。
培养学生相互协作解决问题的能力，同时提高课堂学习效率。
教学活动设计三:
Task-basedteaching
活动说明:
这种活动运用在Integratedskills的教学中,采用groupwork形式。
教师首先利用多媒体呈现本课中关于户外活动的海报，然后让学生看海报讨论服饰的一些活动，接着再让学生填写书上的表格并进行一些交流展示活动。
设计意图:
通过这种活动，激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生了解户外活动一些文化习俗，这充分体现了“合作探究，交流展示”的教学模式和“在做中学，在学中做”的教育理念。
教学活动设计四:
Pairwork
活动说明：
此活动运用在Studyskills中，采用两人一组的形式。
教师首先教授户外活动并举例说明。
待学生完成书上的练习之后，教授可以让学生采用一问一答的形式训练该课户外活动的交际方式。
设计意图:
巩固本节课所学的一般现在时，培养学生自主学习的能力。
教学活动设计五:
Communicationreport
活动说明:
此活动放在Task中。
采用groupwork形式。
首先将学生分成几个小组，让小组成员讨论他们最喜欢的户外活动。
接着由小组选定一个活动作为他们下一步交流展示的话题。
选定之后，小组成员之间展开充分的交流与合作，共同合作完成一篇介绍本组选定活动的文章。
设计意图:
以小组竞争的形式呈现，激发学生的兴趣，培养学生的合作探究能力。
