三年来持之不断地学习学科教育知识和一般性的教育学、心理学知识，除了了解教育是什么、学生怎么学习这些根本问题外，还在有限的时间内尽力提高自身的师范技能。

然而，这些来自文本阅读、个人思辨和微格培训的教育信条、意识取向和行为习惯，在面对真实的教学场景中能够适用吗?

我们难道真的明白什么是教育吗?

以往或许只是凭借对教育的一时热情而努力拼搏，但是在这个夏末初秋也该真的为自己日后的教育事业路途做好筹谋。

在不觉间，我们实习队来到了清远市田家炳实验中学。

实习学校（Practiceschool）

我们实习队是统编实习队，队员都由化学与环境学院XX级化学专业学生组成，分别为七男四女。

其中七人有考研意向，因而实习队管理方面存在着一定难度。

实习队原本确定的实习学校是广州市花都区新华中学，后来经过了解得知该校已经接收了另外一支实习队，我们急忙请示指导老师钱扬义教授。

钱教授最后联系了清远市田家炳实验中学作为实习学校。

该校校长陈祖杰特级教师是我校化学系88届系友，荣获广东省优秀教育工作者、广东省百千万工程名校长培养对象等多个荣誉称号。

出于对华南师大培养的感谢和与钱教授的交情，陈校长欣然答应了钱教授的请求。

（OurinternshipteamisaunifiedinternshipteamcomposedofXX-levelchemistrystudentsfromtheSchoolofChemistryandEnvironment,sevenmenandfourwomen.Sevenofthemhavetheintentionoftakingpostgraduateentranceexaminations,sotherearecertaindifficultiesinthemanagementoftheinternshipteam.TheinternshipteamoriginallydeterminedtheinternshipschooltobeXinhuaMiddleSchoolinHuaduDistrict,Guangzhou.Later,welearnedthattheschoolhadacceptedanotherinternshipteam.Wehurriedlyaskedtheinstructor,ProfessorQianYangyi.ProfessorQianfinallycontactedTianJiabingExperimentalMiddleSchoolofQingyuanCityasaninternshipschool.Theprincipaloftheschool,ChenZujie,aspecial-gradeteacher,isamemberofthe88thdepartmentoftheDepartmentofChemistryofourschool,andhaswonmanyhonorarytitlessuchastheoutstandingeducatorofGuangdongProvinceandthetrainingobjectofthefamousprincipalofGuangdongProvince'stensofmillionsofprojects.OutofgratitudeforthecultivationofSouthChinaNormalUniversityandfriendshipwithProfessorQian,PresidentChenreadilyagreedtoProfessorQian'srequest.）

根据了解，清远市田家炳实验中学（简称市实中）建校于1996年，由香港实业家田家炳先生斥资500万建成。

它是清远1988年建市后按地市级重点中学、省一级学校标准创办的第一所公办市直属学校。

在实习队初进学校与教师举行座谈时，主管教学的领导即提及学校初中招生生源优秀，但是高中招生生源较窄，所招学生素质较低。

少数学生德育基础、纪律观念薄弱。

多数学生成绩基础处于中等或者中下层次，学习能力弱，接受能力差。

实习队实习的高一年级有教学班10个，学生564人，其中男生269人，女生295人。

其中高一⑹、⑺班为实验班，学生素质相对较好，但与清远市第一中学、清远市华侨中学等学校学生相比仍有一定差距。

见习周（Apprenticeweek）

根据教育实习安排，第一周是见习周，任务以听课为主。

在实习开始之初，陈校长即为我们举办专题讲座，详细介绍学校先进的教学、办学理念和独特的六环节教学模式。

所谓的六环节教学模式是要形成问题主导，先学后教，及时训练的课堂教学特色，总的要求是：

（1）以设疑激趣为先导;

（2）以思维训练为核心;（3）以揭示规律为重点;（4）以精讲精练为策略;（5）以学生参与为途径;（6）以整体教学为目标。
