1.GENERALINFORMATION总说明

BASFChemicalsCompanyLimited,China,intendstobuildanew80000t/yearTetrahydrofuran(THF)plant,a60000t/yearPolyThfplantandinfrastructureplantattheShanghaiChemicalIndustryPark(SCIP)intheCaojingArea,PeopleRepublicofChina(PRC).在中国漕泾上海化学工业区(SCIP)内,巴斯夫(中国)化学有限公司计划新建一个年产80000吨四氢呋喃和年产60000吨聚四氢呋喃装置及

TheTHF,Poly-THFandinfrastructureplantistobeastandalonefacilitybutsomeutilitiesandancillaryfacilitieswillbeconnectedwithSCIPfacilities.TheplantwillcomprisesProcessUnits,Utilities,Offsitesincludingtankfarm,roadloading/unloading,infrastructurefacilitiesincludingControlBuildingandAdministrativeBuildingsandBuildingsforotherservices.AsiteJettyistobeset-upwith600Tonunloadingcapacity.四氢呋喃/聚四氢呋喃装置是一个独立设施,但一些公用和辅助设施是和SCIP的设施相关的。

这个装置包含工艺装置、公用工程、装置外的罐区及道路装卸设施和控制室、行政管理楼等其他服务建筑。

该地方已建成了拥有600吨装卸能力的码头。

TheProjectsiteisabout56kmawayfromtheShanghaiCityand60kmfromPudongInternationalAirport.Itisabout15kmfromtheShanghaiPetrochemicalCorporation.Itsgeographiclocationis120o28’Eand30o46’N.Thesiteisareclaimedarea.项目地点距离上海市中心大约56公里,距离浦东国际机场60公里。

离上海石化公司大约15公里。

它的地理位置是东经120o28’、北纬30o46’。

场地属于填海再造地区。

2.SCOPEOFWORKS工程范围

2.1CivilWorks土建工程

Constructionofcivilworksshallincludethefollowingarea:

d)FlareStack火炬

e)IsobutaneStorage异丁烷仓库

f)Poly-THF聚四氢呋喃

g)UsedFFWaterBasin/FFStorageTanks有效的消防水池/消防储罐

h)InterconnectingPiperack连接管架

i)CoolingTower冷却塔

j)Tankfarm罐区

k)RoadandParking道路和停车场

2.2UndergroundPipingWorks地下管道工程

UndergroundPipingWorksshallincludethefollowing:

a)PressurizedUndergroundPiping地下压力管道

-Coolingwater冷却水

-Industrialwater工业水

-Potablewater生活水

b)GravityPiping

-Stormwater雨水

-Sanitarywater生活污水

2.3BuildingWorks建筑工程

Buildingworksshallincludetothefollowingarea:

建筑工程包括如下方面:

a)ControlBuilding控制室

b)MainSubstation总变(配)电站

c)CoolingWaterSubstation冷却水变电所

d)GateHouse门卫

e)FireBrigadeHouse消防队车库

f)FirewaterPumpHouse消防水泵房

g)AnalyserHouse分析室

3.CONSTRUCTIONARRANGEMENT施工安排

3.1Preparation准备

UponsigningthecontractwiththeContractor,mobilizationshallbeproceededwithforthefollowingitemspriortotheissuancethenoticeofproceed.

a)Liaisonwiththerelevantauthorityforgrantingtemporaryusageoflandwherethesitefacilitiesshallbeinstalledassoonaspossible,suchasoffices,shops,warehousesandsoon.

b)RentandequipthelivingaccommodationsfortheConstructionContractorstaffandworkforcewithnecessaryfurnishings.

c)Organizeandarrangethemobilizationofthepioneerstaffteam,constructionplantandfacilities.

d)Installtemporarywaterandelectricalpowersupply.

e)Beforeconstructiontemporaryroadworks,obstructionsonsiteshallbedemolishedandclearedaway.

f)TakeoverfromtheEngineerthesurveydatumpointsandestablishandtransfersurveycontrolnetworkwithdulyprotectionmeasures.

g)Builtupthesitelaboratoryandprovideitwiththefacilitiesasperthespecifiedrequirement.

h)SubmittheworkingscheduleofthefirstconstructionportionfortheEngineer’sreviewandapproval.向工程师提交首先施工部分的工作进度表,以供审核批准。

3.2SiteLayout现场布置

3.2.1LivingFacilities生活设施

Housingandcampshallbesetupclosetotheworksitewithlivingnecessities.Itshallbeabout1700m2forcaringandcateringofworkforceandstaff.

3.2.2SiteFacilities现场设施

Proposedworkingareaaround4500m2inthesitewillberemainedtoconstructnecessaryworkingfacilitiesaccordingtothedrawingoftemporaryconstructionfacilitieslayoutofferedbytheContractor.Sitefacilitiesshallincludethesiteoffice,stores,sitelaboratory,etc.

3.2.3ConcreteSupplySystem

Concreteshallbeboughtfromlocalconcretebatchingplantswithenoughcapacitytomeetthedemandofcontinuousconcretesupply.Mixertruckandconcretepumpwillbeusedforconcretedelivery.

3.2.4RebarProcessingShop

Arebarprocessingshopwithtwoprocesslineswillbelocatedintheworkingarea,whichiscapabletomeetthedemandofsiteconstruction.

3.2.5Pre-fabricationYardofStructuralSteelinSmallSize

Manufactureorprocessofsmallsteelcomponentsneededduringtheconstructionoftheprojectinacertainplaceshallbeprovidedwithintheworkingarea.

3.2.6SiteLaboratory

InstallingandprovidingthelaboratorywiththefacilitiesonsitefortestingandrequireditemsshallbeapprovedbytheContractorforitsconformitytospecificationpriortoputtingitintouse.

3.2.7TemporaryStore

Setupatemporarystorewiththeareaof180m2tohavethematerialandsemi-productinstockindoors.Anotheropenstorageareaabout3000m2shallbeused.

3.2.8ConstructionPowerSupply

PowersupplytositeshallbeconnectedwiththemainpowersuppliedbytheOwnerandContractor.Duringtheconstructionperiod,itshallbetheprovisionofagenerator.

3.2.9ConstructionWaterSupply

Watershallbeprovidedfromthemainwatersystemfortemporaryfacilitiescamp,workingsiterespectivelybyinstallingpipewithpumpsledtoeachconnection.Pipepressureandflowshallalsomeetthedemandsoffirefightingconsumption.

3.2.10CommunicationSystem

Eachofworkingsiteshallbeinstalledandprovidedwithtele-communicationsystemallowingformobilephonesandwalkie-talkies.

 

4.CONTROLTHECONSTRUCTIONSCHEDULE

4.1ManagementonProgress

Themanagementonprogressshallbesetforthandexecutedbymeansofclassifiedlevelsasfollowings:

(a)Theprogressscheduleatlevelclassone,asguidelineoffront-to-endschedule,isoftheOwner/ContractorandhisEngineer’scontrolforanddirectorytooverallworksandisofdeadlinetocompletionatfinalpoint.

(b)Theprogressscheduleatlevelclasstwo,subjecttoapprovaloftheengineer,isofmadebytheconstructioncontractorhimselfunderthatatlevelclassone.Thisprogressisusedincontrolofsub-contractorsandremainsunchangeableuponbeingconfirmed.

(c)Theprogressscheduleatlevelthree,underthatatclasstwo,isofmadebyworkteamsforcontrolinphases.Itcanbeusedforprogresscontrolatphaseuponapprovaloftheengineer.

(d)Theprogressscheduleatlevelclassfour,asbaseofconstructionresourcedemandforandexecutioninmonthlyprogressschedule,isprogrammedbyProjectManagementOffice.

(e)Theprogressscheduleatlevelclassfive,aweeklyprogressisofmadebytheengineer,whoisinchargeofprogressscheduleundermonthlyprogress.

4.2MeasuresofAssuranceforProgressFulfillment

Theprojectmanagerassignmentshallbeoffullyexperiencedinconstructionworks.Theexperiencedengineeringmanagementstaffandskilledworkersshallbeassignedorbefilledtothepostforsettinguphighefficienttositeoperation.Withadoptionofadvancednewtechnology,newequipmentandnewtechniques,theupliftefficiencycanassuretheworkprogressreachedandcompletingtheworkintermsofquality,safetyandtimeschedule.

Adequatestaffingandsufficientplant/equipmentprovisionshallbemadeasperprogressschedule.Allmeasurestotaketoguaranteetheperfectibilityandutilityofconstructionplantsandequipment.

Thematerialsrequiredbyandusedfortheprojectshallbesuppliedanddeliveredtositeontimetoscheduletosatisfytheneedoftheprogress.

Themultiplelevelprogressschedulemanagementmethodshallbeadopted.Theannual,quarter,monthlyandweeklyprogressshallbemadeaccordingly.Itistocheckdailyprogressimplementation.Thespecialmeasuresshallbemadeandtakentospeeduptheworksincasethattheprogressbeingrevisedasperactualrequirement.

Thespecialtechnicalmeasuresandplansshallbemadeforthekeyworkitemsandworkswithconsiderabledifficultiesinconstruction.

Theparticularconstructionmeasuresforrainyseasonshallbemadetominimizeconverseeffecttoexecutionoftheworks.Alldrainage,ditch,pipesshallbekeptfluentlyduringthecourseofconstructioninrainyseason.

Twoworkingshiftsdailyisrecommendedasmuchaspracticableandarrangedasthecasenecessaryduringthecourseofconstructionindraughtseasonsoastomakefullyuseofadvantageousweathercondition.Asthemeasure,it
