但对很多公民来说，现实却是另一番景象。

在内城区，母亲和孩子正饱受贫困，生锈的工厂像墓碑一样布满我们国家的土地，教育系统充斥着黑暗的权钱交易，导致我们年轻又俊俏的学生们在知识上出现漏洞。

犯罪团伙和毒品夺走了很多生命，损害了我们国家众多尚未释放的潜力。
