二、第一题模板DIY

1.人物

一般考正面，崇拜、敬仰、欣赏、对你帮助最大的人（老师、长辈、朋友、领导），其特质及具体的什么事情（通过举例体现）

（tip:

特点不习惯用名词，那么全部改为用形容词吧）

就性格和实例具体展开：

开头：

对于team-member，可以把第一个特点换种说法变成

（1）enthusiasm或者不变说法

例子可以换成，
