II.EmploymentPolicy
1.Employment
1.1Theemploymentshallnotbeeffectiveuntilthefollowingrequirementsarefulfilled:
1.1.1Theemploymentshallbeproperlyprocessedasperrelatedrequirements;
1.1.2Thecandidateshallhaveterminatedemploymentwithhis/herpreviousemployer;
1.1.3Thecandidateshallundergomedicalexaminationanditsresultissatisfactory;
1.1.4ThecandidateshallmeettherequirementofRecruitmentCondition.
1.2TheCompanyshouldsignthelaborcontractwiththeemployeeandclearlyspecifytheemploymenttermsandconditions.
2.Probation
Newemployeesshallberequiredtoundergoaprobationperiodbasedonthetermsoflaborcontract.Duringorbeforetheendoftheprobationperiod,theCompanywillnotifytheemployeebywrittennoticewhetherhe/shecompletestheprobationorterminatetheemploymentaccordingtohis/herperformance.
3.Termination
3.1ThelaborcontractcanbeterminatedbytheemployeeandtheCompanysubjecttoagreementthroughconsultation.
3.2TheemployeeandtheCompanycanterminatethelaborcontractbasedonthegovernmentregulationandCompanypolicy,butshallnotifytheotherpartyinwrittenforminadvance.Iffailtomeetthenoticeperiodrequirement,shallpayinlieuwithcorrespondingsalaryforthegapasthecompensation.Noticeperiodreferstothelaborcontract.
3.3AnyleavescouldnotbeacceptedastheNoticePeriodinordertomakesurethehandoverandtheoperationsmoothly.
3.4Onorbeforetheemploymentcontractexpirationdate,Companyandtheemployeereachagreementoncontractrenewal.Ifbothpartiesagreetorenew,HumanResourcesDepartmentshallarrangetherenewprocedure.
3.5Thecorrespondingcompensationresponsibilityforlaborcontractterminationandexpiryshallfollowtherelevantregulationsoflaborlawandtheagreementinthelaborcontract.
3.6TheemployeeshalltransacttheterminationprocessandsettleallrelevantfinancialandbusinessissuesaccordingtothepolicyoftheCompanywhenthelaborcontractisterminatedorexpire.TheCompanyreservestherightstogetbackthelosscausedbytheissuesfornotfollowingtheterminationprocedure.
4.Retirement
4.1Thelegalretirementageoftheemployeesshallfollowthegovernmentrelevantregulations.
4.2TheCompanywillproceedtheretirementproceduresfortheemployeeswhohavereachthelegalretirementageaspergovernmentregulations.
III.Compensation&Benefits
1.ConfidentialPolicyforSalaryInformation
1.1Theemployeeshouldinquirehis/herindividualsalaryandrelatedinformationfromhis/hermanagerorHumanResourceDepartmentdirectly.ThesalaryisaverypersonalandstrictlyconfidentialmatterbetweentherelatedemployeeandtheCompany.
1.2Theemployeeisneverallowedtodisclosehis/hersalarytoothercolleaguesandthethirdparties.Meanwhile,he/sheisneverallowedtoinquiretheotheremployee’ssalary.
1.3TheCompanyappliestosalaryconfidentialpolicy,whichisanimportantpolicyoftheCompany,ifstaffsbreaktherule,theCompanyhastherighttoterminatewithoutpayinganycompensationifapprovedorwitnessed.
2.Compensation
2.1ConstitutionofEmployeeSalary:
TheemployeemonthlysalaryconsisttheBasicSalary,othercomponentssuchasWorkingLocationAllowance,Positionallowance,SkillAllowance,MealAllowance,NightTimeAllowance,andmonthlyIncentiveapplicableforeligibleemployee(s)ONLY.Detailswillbedescribedasfollows.
2.2BasicSalary
Thebasicsalarywillbeprovidedtoallemployees,whichmeansthesalaryofemploymentthatspecifiedintheLabourContract,andsubsequentadjustment,ifany.
2.3Allowances
TheCompanyprovidesfive,namely,WorkingLocationAllowance,PositionAllowance,SkillAllowance,MealAllowance,andNightTimeAllowancetoeligibleemployees.
2.3.1WorkingLocationAllowance
2.3.1.1WorkingLocationAllowancewillbeprovidedtoemployeeswhoareunderemploymentinthegradeofNon-clerical,ClerkandSeniorClerk(groupedundertheClericalGradeCat
