社团文化活动丰富了大学生的课余生活，营造积极向上的校园文化艺术氛围，为大学生提供展示自我的平台，能够充分展现当代大学生的青春活力。

为进一步推进我省高校大学生素质拓展工程，提高广大同学的英语应用水平，我协会现准备开展大学生英语演讲比赛。

现将活动方案策划如下：

【活动主题】

江苏技术师范学院大学生英语演讲比赛

【活动目的】

二十一世纪是高科技迅猛发展的时代，是国际交流更加频繁的时代。

英语水平的提高对国际之间的交流起着至关重要的作用。

作为二十一世纪的大学生，我们应该责无旁贷，学好自己母语的同时加强英语的锻炼，为我们社会的发展尽一份绵薄之力。

所以为了增强同学们运用英语的能力，为广大同学提供一个展现自己舞台。

通过参加这次活动，提高同学们英语应用能力，增长自己的演讲能力。

丰富我们的生活多样化。

通过同学们积极参加活动，可以促进同学们学习动力和熟练运用技能，同时向全学校宣传演讲技巧，更加促进学习英语积极性。

比赛流程：

在四月中旬初赛：

进行海选，请一些英语老师当评委，选出20至30人进入决赛，晋级同学可接受专业老师的指导以便好的在决赛中发挥。

五月份决赛：

全校学生都可以观看，具体过程如下：

1）主持人介绍评委嘉宾，致欢迎词

2）主持人引言，对这次活动内容做简短介绍，宣布比赛开始

3）赛队员按照抽好的编号依次进行演讲。

（共两场：

一场是自由演讲，一场是命题演讲）（每位选手演讲控制在4分钟以内）

4）比赛中途由嘉宾演唱英文或外文歌曲，进行一次现场游戏互动

5）请特邀嘉宾++致辞

6）评委总结，颁发奖品及证书

7）主持人宣布比赛结束

8）获奖选手，评委，嘉宾，主持人拍照留恋

评分规则：

1）发音标准，自然流畅。

2）内容健康，主题鲜明

3）仪态举止大方得体

4）思维敏捷

5）装束得体

【活动风险评估】

1、举办时间内发生了不可抗力的事件不得已可终止；

2、组委会的组织水平或由于工作人员疏忽导致比赛状况等原因考虑应急方案。

【活动经费】

同其它促销活动一样，对外宣传活动，不仅要考虑其效果，而且要核算其成本，力求少花钱、多办事、高效果。

一般来讲，本活动所需的费用支出，包括以

下几个方面：
