（1）IncasebyL/C:

TheBuyer,uponreceiptfromtheSelleroftheshippingadvicespecifiedinClause11hereof,shallopenanirrevocableLetterofCreditdayspriortothedateofdelivery,infavouroftheSeller,foranamountequivalenttothetotalvalueoftheshipment.TheCreditshallbepayableagainstthe

presentationofthedraft（s）drawnontheopeningbankandtheshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereof.TheLetterofCreditshallbevaliduntilthe

15thdayaftertheshipmentiseffected.

（2）IncasebyCollection:

Aftershipment，theSellermaydrawontheBuyerat

sightandsendthedraft（s）togetherwiththeshippingdocumentsspecifiedin

Clause10hereof，totheBuyerthroughtheSeller'sBankersandtheBankofChina，Beijingforcollection.

IncasebyM/TorT/T:

PaymentshallbeeffectednotlaterthantwoweeksafterreceiptoftheshippingdocumentsspecifiedunderClause10ofthisContract.

（1）TheSellershallpresentthefollowingdocumentstothepayingbankfornegotiation:

（a）Incaseofsea-freight:

Fullsetofcleanonboardoceanbillsofladingmarked“FreighttoCollect”

/”FreightPrepaid”，madeouttoorder，blankendorsed，notifyingChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheportofdestination.

Incaseofair-freight:

Onecopyofairwaybillmarked“FreighttoCollect”/”FreightPrepaid”and

consignedtotheChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheairportofdestinationnotifyingtheBuyer.

Incaseofairparcelpost:

OnecopyofairparcelpostreceiptaddressedtotheBuyer.

（b）FivecopiesofInvoice，indicatingcontractnumberandshippingmark（in

caseofmorethanoneshippingmark，theinvoiceshallbeissuedseparately），madeoutindetailsaspertherelativecontract.

（c）FivecopiesofPackingListwithindicationofshippingweight，numberanddateofcorrespondinginvoice.

（d）TwocopiesofCertificateofQualityandQuantityissuedbythemanufacturerasspecifiedinItem

（1）ofClause15.

（e）AcopyofcableortelextotheBuyer，advisingshipmentimmediatelywhen

itismade.

TheSellershallsendtogetherwiththeshipmentonecopyeachoftheabove-mentioneddocuments，withtheexceptionofItem（e）ofthisClause，totheChinaNationalForeignTradeTransportationCorporationattheportofdestination.

12.TERMSOFSHIPMEN（T装运条款）

IncaseofFOBTerms:

（1）TheSellershall，40daysbeforethedateofshipmentstipulatedinthe

Contract，advisetheBuyerbycableortelexoftheContractNo，Commodity，quantity，value，numberofpackage，grossweight，measurementanddateofreadinessattheportofshipmentfortheBuyertobookshippingspace.Shouldanypackagereachorexceed20tonsinweight，10metersinlength，3.4metersinwidthand3metersinheight，theSellershallprovidetheBuyerwith5copiesofpackingdrawingindicatingthedetailedmeasurementandweight50daysbeforedispatchofthegoodssoastoenabletheBuyertoarrangetransportation.

（2）BookingofshippingspaceshallbeattendedtobytheBuyer'sShippingAgents，ChinaNationalCharteringCorporation，Beijing，China.

（3）TheBuyershall，10daysbeforetheestimateddateofarrivalofthevesselattheportofshipment，notifytheSellerofthenameofvessel，estimateddateofloadingandContractNo.fortheSellertoarrangeshipment.TheSellerisrequestedtogetinclosecontactw
