Abstract

Constructionprogresswasoneofthethreeobjectivesoftheprojectwhichisanimportantcomponentofprojectmanagement。

Reasonable,scientific,efficiencyofprojectconstructionscheduleisthekeytoachievetheprojectobjectivescontrol。

Onlyduringthepreparationstage，stageofprogressoftheprogrammerdesignstage，plansandimplementationofconstructionandotherlinks，takingfullaccountofthefavorablefactors,rationalcoordinationoflimitedresources，caneventuallyachievetheprogressrequiredbythetarget，tocreateadvanced，civilizationandconstructionprocessandlayasolidmaterialfoundation。
