学生毕业论文,设计,规范管理要求

毕业论文,设计,是最终检验学生综合掌握专业学科知识、理论应用与实际的重要手段～也是培养学生观察、归纳、分析社会实践和通过调查科研解决实际问题能力的重要环节～各系应切实做好这方面的工作～严格把关～现提出以下规定～请各系参照执行:

一、毕业论文,设计,的组织

在毕业实习前一学期末～由各系教研室,组,结合培养学生技能～有针对性地拟出若干毕业论文课题或由学生根据就业意向自拟课题～并为各位学生确定论文,设计,指导教师～指导教师必须是相同或相近专业的专业课教师～具有讲师职称或硕士学位以上的。

每位指导学生人数不超过6人。

指导教师应深入所指导学生的实习单位～指导学生学会在社会、生产、科研第一线调研、收集、分析与选题内容相关的信息资料～培养学生解决实际问题的能力。

分散实习的学生必须在实习单位有中级以上技术职称的老师指导～并报相应学历、职称材料、单位联系电话到系备查。

教务处随时抽查毕业论文,设计,的组织情况。

对指导教师把关不严、明显失察、发生学生完全用抄袭、下载论文,设计,参加或通过答辩者～经教务处查证属实～将比照教学事故对指导教师进行院纪处理。

二、毕业论文,设计,的基本要求

4、毕业论文字数一般不得少于8000字～毕业设计字数有指导教师掌握。

完整的毕业论文,设计,应由封面、目录、中英文标题、中英文摘要、中英文关键词、选题说明、正文、参考文献,不少于10本、篇,、致谢内容等组成,

5、毕业论文,设计,必须一式四份～按统一格式,见附件,装订成册～答辩完后～连同指导教师指导记录、答辩记录和答辩小组评议结论放入学生毕业论文,设计,袋～优秀毕业论文,设计,各系必须存档保管。

三、毕业论文答辩

1、在系主任的领导下～各教研室,组,分别组成若干答辩小组,设组长一人、答辩教师2—4人、答辩记录1人,～对所有本科毕业生组织答辩,

3、毕业论文,设计,定稿至少应于答辩前一周送交答辩教师审阅。

四、毕业论文,设计,成绩的评定
