(b)Scope
Thecraneissuitableforindustrialandminingenterprises,workshoporopenairtoloadandunload,transitgoodsinfixedspan.
Suitablepower:
3-phase400V,50Hz.Formainperformanceparameter,pleaseseetherelativedataintheattacheddiagram.Theinstructionisapplicableforinstallation,acceptance,operationandmaintenance.
(c)Structure
Thecraneismadeupofbridgegantry,cranetravelmechanism,trolleyhoistingmechanism.Thebridgeiscomposedofthemain,endbeamsandwalkplatformetc..Steelrailislaidonthemainbeamfortrolleytraversing.Thewalkplatformisinstalledoutsidesoftwomainbeams.Onesideisforinstallingandoverhaulingcranetravelingmechanism.Theothersideisforassemblingtrolleyelectricdevice.Thecabissuspendedunderthemainbeamtobeviewedcompletely.Thelinkageconsoleorsinglecontrollerisinstalledinthecab.Thediagonalstaircaseisinstalledbetweenthecabandthewalkplatform,themainandendbeamsarejointedbyhighstrengthbolt.
Travelingmechanismuseseparatedrivetype(Dwg.1-1).Therearefourcranewheels,usethestructureofthebogietypeforlarge-tonnagecrane,eightormorecranewheelsareused,afterthesewheelswiththeanglebearingboxwiththerollingbearingwhichareassembledtobeinstalledinbothendsoftheendbeam.
Thetrolleyismadeupofthetrolleybracket,hoisting(Dwg.1-2)andtraversingmechanisms(Dwg.1-3).Therearetwolimitprotectiondevicesforhoistingmechanism:
doublelimitprotection(twosetsofsafehoistinglimitswitchdevices)andsinglelimitprotection;hoistinghookisdividedintotwokinds:
singleanddouble;soisthebrake.Usermayselectthembyrequirementsofthemselvesfreely.
Thepowersupplyofthetrolleyusesuspended-typecable(therailofcableblockmayuseI-beam,roundandanglesteels)andsafetrolleyconductoretc..thatusermayselectthemfreelyaccordingtorequirementsofthemselves.
Thecabisalsodividedintotwokinds:
openedandclose.Theelectricheater,aircooler,airconditionaredesignedinthecabaccordingtouser’srequirement.

B.InstallationandAdjustment
Allpartsmustbekeptwellbeforeinstalling,checkrailoftheworkshopbeforeinstalling,Installationmustseetherelativeinstruction.
Ineightymonthsafterthecraneisdelivered,installation,operationanduseofcraneshouldbeinaccordancewiththeinstruction,thecompanywillinsurenormalworkofthecranefortwelvemonths(fromthebeginningofusingit).Guaranteeusetermofelectricpartsseethemanufacture’srelativerules.

1.Intransporting,unloading,shouldavoidtheseaccidentsinthefollowing:
twist,bend,impact,sothefollowingrulesmustbeobeyed:
①Theremustbetwohoistingpointsatleast,thebundlelocationofthepointswheremustbefilledtheunderlay,thebundleshouldbelimitedtowheelandmainbeam.Thepackinglocationmustbebestinjointsofbothendsofthebridge.
②Whentransporting,ifnocamion,thebridgegantry,endbeametc.shouldbeputontheflatcartodrag,notonthegroundorrollerframe.
2.Thecraneshouldbeputplacidlywhenstoring,underlayitwiththecrosstielevellyandsymmetrically.Ifputitonthegroundforalongtime,thegroundshouldbefirm,orthebridgewillbedistorted.
3.Ifthecraneisputforalongtime,allsheltermeasuresshouldbeprovided:
eg.windproof,rainproofetc..
4.Afterthecraneisdelivered,checktheamountofpartsandcomponentsaccordingtothepackinglist,notethecheckresultinthe“equipmentarchivescard”(provideforuserthemselves).
5.Forpartcomponents,theyshouldbepreassembledonthegroundandinstallthemcompletelytillitispassed.Preassemblingshouldbedoneaccordingtotheassemblyjointparttabdrawing,ifproblemscan’tbesolvedwhenpreassembling,pleasenothesitatetocontactwithusatonce.
6.Ifthecraneisstoredforalongtime(morethan6months),especiallyintheopenair,beforeinstalling,checktherustandremovedthesmirch,ifnecessary,itmustberepaintedandreassembledagain.Cleaninwalloftheoilinletpipeifthereis,smearthelubricationagain,freeeveryrotationpart.Checkifeveryjointpartisfirmandreliable.
7.Organizingallrelativepersonneltocheckthepartsaccordingtotherelativetechnicaldrawingbeforeinstalling.Distortionanddefectarecausedfortransport,especiallymetalstructure,reinstallthemagainafterthesefaultsmustberevised.

Testmustbedonebeforethetrolleyiscarriedfromthefactory.Assemblethetrolleyonthebridgedirectlyafteradjustitalittle.Afterassemblyofthebridgeispassedcompletely,thetrolleycan’tcontactrailwiththreepoint(thatistosay,threeworksurfaceofthewheelontherail,theotheroneishanged).Otherwise,alayunderlaymustbeaddedundersuspensionwheelbearingboxortherail,andadjustit,onlyalayone,underlaymustbeputonthewebplateofmainbeam,andtwoendsmustbefirmedwithweld.
2.AssemblyoftheMetalStructure
①First,sawupthehookfortransportandplanishitwhenassemblingsee(Dwg.2-1).
②EveryinspectionitemshouldbeinaccordancewithTable2-1,inordertoreduceworkloadinthehigh-altitude,allassemblyworksmustbedoneonthegroundasfaraspossible.
③Reassemblethecraneaccordingtothefollowingschemebeforeinstalling.ifthereiswrong,thecranecan’tbeassembleduntilthewronghasbeenremoved.
aReinstallthecraneonthesametwoparallelrailsonthesameplane.
bRegardingthescrewholeoftheendbeamaslocatingbenchmark,jointthemainandendbeamsaccordingtoassemblydrawingofthebridgegantry,tightenthescrewafteradjustingproperly.Afterfinishtheassemblyofthecrane,everytargetshouldbeinaccordancewithtable2-1.
