ModelingofDigitalProtectiveDeviceAccordingtoIEC61850

Abstract

IEC61850isaninternationalstandardaboutsubstationconstitutedbythesubstationIECTC57.Itreflectsthedevelopment'sdirectionandautomationtendencyofautomation,andarousesthewidespreadinterestofthedomesticandforeignpowerindustry.Thetransformerisacoreequipmentinthesubstationitsprotection,measurementandcontrolequipmentsarethemainequipmentsofsubstationautomationsystem.Therefore，itissignificantforustoapplytheIEC61850standardtotheDigitaltransformer'sprotection,measurementandcontrol.

Thebackground,thedomesticandforeignpresentsituations,thesignificanceandthecontentofIEC61850areintroducedinthispaper,theanalysisofIEC61850standard’smodelingprocessaredescribed.Firstly,basedonthefunctionfreedistributionandtheassignmentconceptofIEC61850,theprotection,measurementandthecontrolunitareseparatedandtherespectivefunctionisdescribebythelogicalnode.Secondly,accordingtothemodelingapproachandprinciplebasedonIEC61850，thetypicalprotection,measurementandthecontrollogicalnodesaretakenasexamplestocompletemodelingoflogicalnodeswithUML.Atlast,theflowchartofthefunctionrealizationisdescribedandtheflowofthefunctionrealizationisdiscussed.

Inthisfoundation,thetransformerdifferentialprotectionIEDistakenasanexampletoshowtheconfigurationprocessofitslogicalequipmentandthelogicalnode.

Still,theinternalsystemthroughinternaldatacommunication,torealizethesubsystemsbetweensubsystemsandinternalinformationexchangeandsharinginformation,toreducethesubstationsecondequipmentconfiguration,andsimplifytherepeatofthesubsystemsoftheinterconnections,notonlyreducerepeatedinvestment,andalsotoimprovethesecurityandreliabilityofthesystemasawhole.

But,theactualcircumstanceofeachtransformersubstationberespectivelyeachproductsupplierinordertofight,usagedissimilarityofcommunicationcode.Almosteachproduceacompanyshouldthecompanyallhaveasetofoneselfofstandard,causeinthewholesystemcirculateofthecodemayattainseveral10kinds.Equipmentscan'tshareinformation,hardassuranceoftheconsistencyofdata.Thisbeproblemin”automationisolatedisland”.Thiskindofphenomenonnotonlyincrementagreatdealofcorrespondenceagreementofcodeconversionandequipmentsofrepeateddevotion,returnwillresultincorrespondencenotdependable.Thisobviouslycan'tsatisfyatransformersubstationautomationinnerparttheinformationbeaccurate,quicklycollections,processingwithdeliverofrequest.Therefore,ourcountryofthetransformersubstationautomationbeurgentdemand1kindcanandpermitvariouscorrespondenceagreement,exaltationproductwitheachotheroperability,realrealizationhaveneversewcorrespondenceofinternationalofcorrespondenceagreement[1-2].Thetransformersubstationautomationdeliveracodeanddeliverastandardizeofnetwork,isrealizationthecredibilitybefastcorrespondenceofassurance.

IEC61850targetsisformationastandardoftheopentypetransformersubstationautomationandcorrespondencesystem,itmaketocomefromdissimilarityoftheIEDofthemanufactoryrealizationgoodlyandwitheachotheroperability,andabilityorientationcalculatorandcorrespondencetechniqueoffastdevelopment,thusexaltationsystemofcredibility,decreasecustomerofinvestmentandmaintenancecost[4].Theobjectsetupamoldtechnique,UML（theLanguageoftheUnifiedModelingunifytosetupmoldlanguage）,XML（theLanguageoftheextensibleMarkupcanexpandmarkinglanguage）etc.forerunnertechniqueofemergenceforIEC61850ofrealizationproviderealityoffoundationandcondition.

Conductandactionsnewtransformersubstationcorrespondencenetworkandsystemstandard,IEC61850ofresearchandapplicationforexaltationourcountrytransformersubstationautomationtheprofessionwholelevelhaveimportanceofmeaning.Ourcountrytransformersubstationcalculatorsupervisionofmarketscalebigtakeapostinworldwhatnation,ourcountrycompletehaveabilityshouldalsointheIEC61850ofresearchandusagetheaspectobtainoneselfofaplace.

1.3DomesticandinternationalIEC61850ofresearchanditdevelopmentpresentcondition

IEC61850fromthebeginningestablishmentbesubjectedtointernationaltopofextensiveconcern.IntheestablishmenttheIEC61850processes,theUnitedStatesGermany,Hollandetc.nationalcapitalhavedemonstrationengineering[5],inordertoverificationstandard,passpracticetopromotestandardoffurtherperfect.1998,atGermanyfromFGH,VEW,ABB,ALSTOMandSIEMENSafewcompanyconsociationestablishmentademonstrationitemOCIS（theInSubstationsoftheOpenCommunication）,establishmentthisitemofpurposeBE:
