第一步审题：
文章要求是2点，加上开头结尾，从字数角度考虑，把老师的类型分成两类即可，要注意这两类应该是有所不同的。
例如一类老师对我的学习上有很大帮助；还有一类老师对我学习之外的实践能力的培养有帮助,特征描述可以用客观陈述，想让内容丰富的同学可以增加事例，通过事例描述两类老师的特征。

Ontheotherhand,childrenarealsotoblamefortheirimpatienceandlessattentiontoparents.Weworkhardandaresodesperatetowinpraiseandapplause.Whenwedon’tgetwhatisexpected,weeasilyaredrownintodisappointment,becomeangry,startcomplaining,andlosethepatiencetocalmdownandthinkdeeply.Naturally,wefailtofindouthowdeepourparentsloveusandhowproudtheyareknowingweachievealot.
