GeneralFirstAid基本急救
Thesefirstaidnotesareintendedasaguidetotheimmediatefirstaidtreatmentofinjuriesandnotasasubstituteformedicaltreatmentadministeredbyadoctorornurse.
本文只是作為一項受傷時之迅速急救處理的指引，並不能代替曾受訓練之醫生或護士之治療。
MinorWoundsandScratches輕微創傷及擦傷
Washitthoroughlywithtapwaterifnoantisepticsolutionavailable.
用消毒藥水（或清水）徹底清洗傷口。
Removeanydirtonthescratchedarea.
清除傷口及附近的污物。
Usesterilizedcottongauzeoradhesivedressingtowrapthewoundupcarefully.
用消毒棉花或膠布小心包紮傷口。
Ifwoundsswellorbecomepainfulorred,seedoctorimmediately.
假若傷口仍然紅、腫或痛，請往醫生檢查。
NosebleedTreatment:
鼻出血處理方法：
Letthecasualtytositdownwithhisheadforward.
讓傷病者坐下，頭微俯，身體微向前傾。
Askhimtobreathethroughhismouthandpinchhisnosejustbelowthebridge.
請傷病者用口呼吸，然後用手緊捏鼻骨之下的柔軟部位。
Askhimnottoswalloworsniff.
請傷病者不要吞咽喉間的血液。
Releasethepressureafter10minutes,reapplyforafurther10minutesifthenoseisstillbleeding.
捏鼻約十分鐘後，如仍未能止血，再捏十分鐘。
Ifthenosebleedpersistsbeyond30minutes,sendthecasualtytohospital.
如三十分鐘後仍未止血，立即送院治療。
SeriousInjuries嚴重受傷
Duringtreatmentofseriousinjuries，dial"999"immediatelytosendthecasualtytohospital.
在處理傷病者的同時須盡快致電999報警，將傷病者送入醫院。
Pleasereferto"DressingandBandages"forproperdressingmethods
有關包紮的方法，請參閱"包紮法"。
SeriousBleeding嚴重出血
Ifbleedingmorethanhalfliter,itwillbeconsideredasseriousbleeding
當出血多於0.5公升時，便視為嚴重出血。
Possiblesymptomsforpatients:

脈搏加快和轉弱
Skincold,sweetandblade
皮膚濕冷及蒼白
Bloodpressurereduces
血壓下降
Unconscious
人事不省

呼吸淺而速
Treatment:
處理方法：
Instructthecasualtytoliedown.
指導傷者躺下。
Pressasterilizeddressingonthewound.
Ifnosterilizeddressingavailable,usecleanhandkerchiefortowel.Don’tusenapkinortissuepaper.
用清潔的敷料，直接壓著傷口，假如沒有敷料可使用清潔的毛巾或手巾代替，但不要使用紙巾，因紙巾的毛屑會黏著傷口。
Ifnofracture,instructthepatienttoliedown.Liftuptheinjuredpartifpossible.
假若傷者沒有任何骨折，可讓傷者躺下，抬高受傷部位，可以用物件承托。
Fractures骨折
Don’tmovethecasualtyuntiltheinjuredpartissecuredandsupported,unlessthecasualtyisindanger
除非傷者身處危險環境中，不可移動傷者。
在移動傷者前應固定受傷部位。
Don’tletthecasualtyhaveanythingtoeatordrink.
不可給傷者進食或飲料。
Treatment:
處理方法：
Keepthepatientinbreathingfirst,thentreattheshock,bleedingandseriouswounds.
先維持傷者呼吸道暢通，處理傷者休克、出血及嚴重創傷等。
Beforemovingtheinjuredparts,cutawaytheclothcoveringtheinjuredparts.Removeanyjewelsordecoratingitems.
移動傷患前，先小心剪開或撕開疑似骨折部位的衣服，並除去飾物。
Treatthefracturesonsitebeforesendingtothehospital.
除非對生命有危險，否則應在意外現場先處理骨折固定，再送往醫院。
Ifbrokenbonesareexposedtoair,coverthewoundwithasterilizeddressing.
Avoidpressureonthewound.
開放性骨折（骨折部位與外界相通，伴有皮膚傷口）需先用無菌或乾淨布類覆蓋，及避免外力直接壓到骨突出部位。
Usearigidplatetosecurethebrokenpart.Theplateshouldbelongerthanthedistancebetweenjoints.Theplateshouldbecoveredbysoftclothtoavoidfrictiontotheinjuredpart.
可使用夾板固定骨折部位。
骨折固定夾板長度應超過所要固定之兩端關節，夾板應先包覆襯墊，以免造成摩擦。
Forfracturesonshoulder,elbow,wristandknee,keepthepostureofthebrokenpartwhenhurt.Secureitbyarigidplate.Donotattempttoforcethebrokenparttostraight.Displacedcartilageorinternalbleedingmaymakethejointimpossibletostraightensafely.
肩膀、手肘、手腕、膝蓋等關節之骨折，應該就其受傷時之姿勢，以夾板固定之。
切勿施力令傷處伸展，脫位的軟骨和內出血都會令傷處不能完全地伸展。
Cooltheareabyapplyinganicepack.Thisreducesswelling,bruisingandpain.
用冰袋敷在痛處，減輕腫脹的痛苦。
SprainandStrain扭傷,韌帶撕裂

傷口會發生紅﹑腫﹑熱﹑痛
FourSteps[RICE]fortreatment
治療傷處的四個步驟「RICE」
Restandsupporttheinjuredpart
R就是Rest，即扭傷時，暫停活動，要休息。
Applyanicepacktoeasepainandreduceswelling.
I就是Icing，即冰敷。
從冰箱取出冰塊，用布包好，敷在紅腫的部位，減輕腫脹。
Compresstheinjurywithathicklayerofpaddingfirmlysecuredwithabandage.
C就是Compression，即施壓。
用繃帶纏住受傷的部位，防止受傷部位進一步腫脹。
Elevatethelimbtoslowthebloodflowtotheinjury.
E就是Elevation，即抬高。
抬高受傷肢體，可以防止血液集中到受傷部位，以免腫脹疼痛加重。
DislocatedJoint關節脫位（脫臼）
Donotattempttoreplacetheboneinitssocket
切勿試圖牽引關節復位
Donotgivethecasualtyanythingtoeatordrink
不可給傷者進食或飲料
Secureandsupportthejointbybandageorsling
用繃帶固定及承托關節

出汗但感到寒冷

顯得焦慮不安
Pale,grey,coldandclammyskin
皮膚轉為青色或灰白色-面青唇白,皮膚濕冷
Thirst
口渴
Rapid,shallowbreathing
呼吸快而淺
Weakness,giddinessevenunconscious
感到軟弱,暈眩,甚至昏迷
Arapid,weakpulse
脈搏快而弱
Nausea,andpossiblyvomiting
可能會有嘔吐
Treatment處理方法
DONOTletthecasualtymoveunnecessarily,eat,drink,orsmoke.Ifhecomplainsofthirst,moistenhislipswithwater.
切勿給予傷者任何飲食。
（如傷者感到口渴，可用水沾濕其嘴唇。
）
DONOTleavethecasualtyunattended.Reassurehimconstantly.
並勸令他安心。
Ashockedpatientshouldbelaiddownonhisbackwithhisheadlowandtooneside,hiscollarandbeltloosenedandhisinjuriestreatedwhilstawaitingthedoctororambulance.Youshouldnotgivehimfoodordrinksbutshouldreassurehimandkeephimcomfortableandwarm.
將他的頭部靠低並使轉側。
鬆開他的衣領及皮帶。
在等候醫生或救護車到步時,須將他的傷處施行急救。
務求使他溫暖與舒服。
Laythecasualtydown,keepinghisairwayclear.
讓傷病者仰臥,保時氣道暢通。
Treatanycauseofshockyoucanremedy（suchasexternalbleeding）.
盡量消除導玫休克的成因（例如：
大量出血）。
Raiseandsupporthislegs.Becarefulifyoususpectafracture.
墊高雙腿,使血液容易回流心臟及供應腦部（下肢骨折除外）。
Loosentightclothing,braces,strapsorbeltstoreduceconstrictionattheneck,chest,andwaist.Insulatethecasualtyfromcold,bothaboveandbelow.
鬆解緊束衣物,並保持溫暖。
