一、设计题目
某锻工车间，根据工艺要求为一单层单跨钢筋混凝土厂房，设有两台中级工作制A5的软钩吊车，建筑平、剖面图如图1、图2。

纵墙上窗洞高：
轨顶标高9.3m以内为1800mm；12m以上为2400mm。
基本风压为0.3kN/m2，基本雪压为0.25kN/m2,屋面积灰荷载0.5kN/m2。

三、设计资料
1、荷载：
不上人屋面活荷载为0.5kN/m2。
2、材料：
混凝土：
C20，C25，C30。
钢筋：
纵向受力钢筋采用HRB335，箍筋采用HPB235。
型钢及预埋件采用HRB335，HPB235。
3、建筑构造：
屋面：
卷材防水屋面，其做法如下：
两毡三油防水层上铺小石子：
0.35kN/m2
20mm厚水泥砂浆找平层：
0.4kN/m2
100mm厚水泥珍珠岩制品保温层：
0.5kN/m2
一毡两油隔气层：
0.05kN/m2
20mm厚水泥砂浆找平层：
0.4kN/m2
预应力混凝土大型屋面板：
墙体：
用240mm厚清水砖墙，钢门窗。
地面：
室内混凝土地面，室内外高差150mm。
4、工程地质及水文条件：
由勘察报告提供的资料，天然地面下0.8ｍ内为填土，填土下层3.5ｍ内为粉质粘土，地基承载力设计值f=200kN/m2。
地下水位很低，设计时不考虑地下水的影响。

四、设计要求
（1）选择屋面板、屋架、天沟板、基础梁、吊车梁及轨道联接件。
（2）确定上、下柱的高度及截面尺寸。
（3）计算排架所承受的各项荷载。
（4）计算各种荷载作用下的排架内力。
（5）柱、牛腿、柱下独立基础的设计。
（6）绘制图纸。
1）基础施工图（基础平面布置及配筋图）。

thefirstpartintroducestwopartyRevisedregulationsthenecessityandtherevisionprocess;thesecondpartistheinterpretationofthetwofundamentalprinciplesoftherevisionoflawsandregulationsintheparty;thethirdpartintroducestwopartyregulationsmodifiedthemainchangesandneedstograspseveralkeyproblems;thefourthpartonhowtograsptheimplementationofthetworegulationsoftheparty.andrevisedthenecessityandrevisedhistoryoftheCPCCentralCommitteetheamendmenttotheChineseCommunistPartymembersandleadingcadreshonestpoliticsseveralguidelines>andcolumn1by2015tostrengthenpartylawsandregulationsfocus.TwopartyregulationsrevisionworklastedaYears,poolingthewisdomofthewholeparty,ideologicalconsensus,drawhistoricalexperience,respectforthewisdomofourpredecessors,whichreflectstheunityofinheritanceandinnovation;followthecorrectdirection,graspthelimitedgoals,adheretotheparty'sleadership,tosolvethemassesofthepeoplereflectafocusontheproblem.Thenewrevisionoftheand,reflectstheparty's18andtheeighthsessionofthethird,thespiritofthefourthplenarysession,reflectingtheexperienceofstudyingandimplementingtheGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingseriesofimportantspeech,reflectstheparty'seighteenyearscomprehensivestrictlypractice.（a）revisedtworegulationsofthepartyneedofinbasedonrevised,thepromulgationandimplementationofJanuary2010,tostrengthentheconstructionofthecontingentofleadingcadresplayanimportantrole.Butwiththepartytomanagethepartystrictlyadministeringthedeepening,hasnotbeenabletofullymeettheactualneeds.Contentistoocomplicated,"eightprohibition,52arenotallowedto"hardtoremember,andalsodifficulttoputintopractice;thesecondisconciselypositiveadvocatedbythelackofprohibitedprovisionsexcessive,noautonomyrequirements;thethirdisbannedtermsanddisciplinelaw,bothwiththepartydiscipline,disciplinaryregulationsrepeatandCriminallawandotherlawsandregulationsrepeat;thefourthisto"clean"thethemeisnotprominent,notfortheexistingproblems,andisnarrow,onlyneedleofcounty-levelleadingcadresabove.isin1997basedonrevision,inDecember2003thepromulgationandimplementation,tostrengthentheconstructionofthepartyplayveryimportantrole.Alongwiththedevelopmentofthesituation,whichmanyprovisionshavebeenunabletofullymeetthecomprehensivestrictlyadministeringthepracticeneeds.OneisJilaw,morethanhalfoftheprovisionsandcriminallawandothercountrieslawsandregulationsRepetition;twoisthepoliticaldisciplineregulationsisnotprominent,notspecific,forviolationofthepartyconstitution,damagetheauthorityofPartyConstitutionofmisconductlacknecessaryandseriousresponsibilitytopursue;thirdisthemaindisciplinefortheleadingcadres,doesnotcoverallPartymembers.Basedontheabovesituation,needtoandthetwoislikelytobemorerelevantregulationsfirstamendment.Byrevising,reallyputtheauthorityofPartydiscipline,theseriousnessinthepartytreeandcallupthemajorityofPartymembersandcadresofthepartyconstitutionofpartycompassespartyconsciousness.（II）twopartyregulationsrevisionprocesstheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinaattachesgreatimportancetotworegulationsrevision.XiJinping,generalbooksrecordedintheFifthPlenarySessionoftheeighthsessionoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspection,ontherevisedregulations<>madeclearinstructions.Accordingtothecentraldeployment,theCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspectionfrom2014undersixmonthsbeginstudytworegulationsrevision.TheStandingCommitteeoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspection4reviewrevised.ComradeWangQishan14timesheldaspecialmeetingtostudytworegulationsrevision,amendmentclarifiesthedirection,majorissuesofprinciple,pathandtarget,respectivelyheldaforumwilllistentopartoftheprovince（area）secretaryofthePartycommittee,SecretaryoftheDisciplineInspectionCommission,partofthecentralministriesandstateorgansDepartment
Thefirstpartycommitteeismainlyresponsibleforpeople,viewsofexpertsandscholarsandgrassrootspartyorganizationsandPartymembers.ApprovedbytheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChina,on7September2015,thegeneralofficeoftheCentralCommitteeofthePartyissuedanoticetosolicittheprovinces（autonomousregions,municipalities）Party,thecentralministriesandcommissions,stateministriesandcommissionsoftheParty（party）,theGeneralPoliticalDepartmentofthemilitary,every3peopleorganizationofPartyoftworegulationsrevisionopinion.CentralCommissionforDisciplineInspectionofextensivesolicitationofopinions,carefulstudy,attracting,formedarevisedsentreviewers.InOctober8andOctober12,CentralCommitteePoliticalBureauStandingCommitteeandthePoliticalBureauoftheCentralCommitteeAfterconsiderationofthetworegulationsreviseddraft.OnOctober18,theCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinaformallyissuedtworegulations.Cansay,twolawsamendmentconcentratedthewisdomofthewholeparty,embodiestheparty.Second,andrevisionofthebasicprinciplesoftwopartyregulationsrevisionworkandimplementtheparty'seighteen,teneightplenary,thespiritoftheFourthPlenarySessionoftheEleventhCentralCommitteeandGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingimportantinstructionsontherevisedand,highlightingtherulingpartycharacteristics,seriousdiscipline,thedisciplinequiteinfrontofthelaw,basedonthecurrent,along-term,advanceasawhole,withBuXiudingindependentand.Mainprincipleis:
first,adheretothepartyconstitutiontofollow.Theconstitutionaboutdisciplineandself-disciplinerequiredspecific,awakenthepartyconstitutionofpartycompassespartyconsciousness,maintainingtheauthorityoftheconstitution.GeneralSecretaryXiJinpingpointedoutthat"norules,nosideround.Partyconstitutionisthefundamentallaw,thepartymustfollowthegeneralrules.Inearly2015heldtheeighthsessionoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspectionFifthPlenarySessionofthe16thCentralCommittee,XiJinpingagainpointedoutthatconstitutionisthepartymustfollowthegeneralrules,butalsothegeneralrules."therevisionoftheandisMetho
