Abstract:

Moreattentionhasbeenpaidonthedevelopmentoftheportabledigitalbalancewithcommercialworthsincetheusualmeasurershavebeenunpopularsuchaspolebalancespringbalanceandsomeothers.Theschemeoftheportabledigitalbalancewithhighperformanceandlowcostisputforward.Theideasforthesignalprocesscircuitisintroducedandthespeciehardwarechartismade.Thekeypartsoftheweighsensorelastomerarespecified.Moreovertheproblemstodealwiththecurrentandtheimprovementontheaccurationhavebeensolved.

0Introduction

Developmentofscienceandtechnology,theweighingtechnologyputforwardhigherrequirements,especiallymicro-processingtechnologyandsensortechnology,tremendousprogresshasgreatlyacceleratedthisprocess.Currently,electronicscalesusedincommercialsaleshavebeenquitecommon,butallkindsofelectronicscalesarewidelyusedinthemarket,therearesignificantlimitations.Theseelectronicscaleslargevolume,highcost,needforfrequencyACpowersupply,andcannotcarry.Popularportableelectronicweighingscalesonthemarket,ortheyusearodtothespringcompression,tensiledeformationofthespringbalancetoachieve,suchasmetering,measurementerrorislarge,morethanoncespringelasticlimit,itwillgeneratealotoferrors,aswellasdamagetotherodtypescalesarecurrentlygoingoutofthemeteringequipment,therefore,aminiaturized,canbereplacedinthefuturedevelopmentofuniversalrodscaleselectronicscalesbythepeopleattachgreatimportancetodesignalightweight,easytocarry,accuratemeasurement,intuitivereadingscivilianelectronicscalesimminent.

Thisproductisfullyelectroniccircuitdesign,fullytakingintoaccounttheadvantagesofvarioustypesofelectronicscales,andsmallandportable,measurementerrorissmall(1%),reliable/lowpricesonthecivilianmarkethasgoodprospectsforuse.

1SystemPrinciples

Portableelectronicscalesystemshown(Figure1),whichconsistsofsensors,amplifiers,rangeconversioncircuit,A/Dconverterandadisplay/powersupplycircuitandthelike.

Straingaugesensorelementconsistingofaresistor,theweighingweaksignal,theprecisionofthedifferentialamplifier,twostages(0~2Kg,2~10Kg)automaticconversionrange,theA/Dconverter,saidamplifiedre-convertedintoananalogsignaltoadigitalliquidcrystaldisplay(LCD)display,theprocessingcircuitpowersupplyvoltageintothebatterypowersupplyvoltagelevelrequiredforthetypeofeachunitcircuit.

2loadcellselectionanddesign

Intheelectronicscalesystem,thesensoristhemostcriticalcomponentisalsopartofthedesignofelectronicscalesdifficulttodealwith,itsperformancedirectlydeterminestheaccuracyofelectronicscales.Small-scaleloadcellstructure,typeandmorecategories.Inordertomaketheloadcellhasgoodlinearity,stronginputsensitivityandstrongresistancetolateralloadforce,wehaveadoptedatwo-holeparallelbeamloadcell[1](Figure2),astheuseofdomestichardaluminumalloyLY12elastomermaterial,theelastichysteresisandcreepissmall,thesmall-scaleloadcell,thestorageofthismaterialislargerthanW,elasticmodulusissmall(about1/3ofsteel),themanufactureofsmalltheloadcellweighingscale,andtheidealmaterial.

Workingprincipleofthesensoris:

Whenthesensorissubjectedtoexternalloadsproleoftheupperandlowerbeamsparallelelastomerelasticdeformation/pasteinaparallelbeamoffourstraingaugesR1~R4consistsofbridgeoutputvoltageisgeneratedwithlinearizedexternalloadincrementp,pcanknowthesizeoftheexternalload.

Sizeofthesensoraccordingtothemaximumrangeoftheelasticelementmaybeprimarilydetermineddetectionpoint(peakstress)sectionthicknessh1,,todeterminetheformandsizeoftheopening,thesensorsensitivityisgenerallyrequire(1.5~2)mV/Vrange,thefull-bridgeTheoutputvoltageU0.

Sizeelastomerdeterminedaccordingtotheaboveprinciples,itsprocessingbyconventionaltechnologystandards,throughtheheatoutofthelibrary,theopeninglinecutting,grindingandotherprocessesrequiredbyconventionalpatch

3amplifiercircuitdesignprocessingseveralproblems

(1)Power:

Thise-weighed2onthe5thordinaryzinc-manganesebatteries(3V)orrechargeablebattery(2.4V)powersupply.Foreachlevelofthesupplyvoltagecircuitforthisisnotenough,sothechoiceofswitchingtoBoostRegulatorManifoldTL499Aforpowerconversion(Figure3).

TheoutputvoltageoftheregulatorTL499Arangeofupto2.9~30V,outputcurrentof100mA,therequiredinputvoltagerangeof1.1~10V.TL499Athebatteryvoltageupto15V,7.5Vandthengetasymmetricalvoltageoutputthroughtheopamp.

(2)Reducetheinfluenceoftheequivalentoffsetvoltagemeasurementaccuracy;bridgeoutputsignalissuperimposedonahighvoltageDCsupplymoldweaksignal,youshouldfirstensurethatthepowerbridgetogetahighdegreeofstability,constantcurrentbridgeusescircuitryasshownin(4)below.

BytheA1,R5,R6,R1constituteaconstantcurrentsourcecircuitforprovidingahighdegreeofstabilitybridgepowercircuit.R1-R4constitutingthedetectionresistancestraingaugebridgeforceduetotheactionoftheforcetodeformtheelasticbody,leavingacorrespondingchangeinstraingaugeresistance,therebyweakbridgeoutputvoltagesignalproportionaltotheforcebytheelasticbody,Rpiszeropotentiometertoadjustthebridgeoutputtozero.A2-A5andperipheralcomponentsofthedifferentialamplifier.Thecircuithasaninputimpedance(300-500mΏ)high,highcommonmoderejectionratio(110DB).Inputoffsetvoltage(20uv)andoffsetvoltagedrift(0.25-10uv/℃)smallfeatures,idealforthebridgeamplifiercircuitform.Circuitisdividedintotwo,thefirststageconsistsofA2,A3,therebytoimprovetheinputimpedanceoftheamplifiercircuit,thesecondstagebytheA4,A5constituteadifferentialamplifier,seekinganexactmatchtoA4externalresistor,whilelowergaincircuithasguaranteedsmalloffsetvoltage,Rwnumbertunethegainoftheamplifier.

(3)Achievescaletransformation,theelectronicscalerangeisdividedintotworanges,thefirstrange0-2Kg,secondrange2-10Kg,automaticconversionrangefromthecircuit(Figure5).

A/DconversionandtherealitycircuitICL7106completedbythemanifold,rangeconversionbychangingthereferencevoltageVREF7106implementation.WeighingcomparatorcircuitcomparestheoutputsignalofthedifferentialamplifiercomposedbyA6,whentheweighingscaleat0-1999grange,thesignalissmall,thecomparatordoesnotmovefromRp1adjustedreferencevoltagethroughanalogswitchesSW1,plustoVREFend7106;whenweighingmorethan1999g,comparatorA6flipRP2obtainedbythereferencevoltagesignalviatheanalogswitchSW2to7106;simultaneouslyoutputA6controlthepositionofthedecimalpointislitLCDdisplay.

5Conclusions

Renamedsomeoftheperformancecharacteristicsofsomefailings,oneofwhichisthehighprice,afteraccountingcostabout120yuan;Furthermorehighlinearityerror;functionisstilllacking,suchastarefunction,computingfunctions.Theseneedtobeaddressedinafuturecircuitimprovements.Aselectronicscalessmall,easytocarry,suchastofurtherreducecostsinthecivilianmarketwillhavegoodprospectsforuseA/DconversionandtherealitycircuitICL7106completedbythemanifold,rangeconversionbychangingthereferencevoltageVREF7106implementation.WeighingcomparatorcircuitcomparestheoutputsignalofthedifferentialamplifiercomposedbyA6,whentheweighingscaleat0-1999grange,thesignalissmall,thecomparatordoesnotmovefromRp1adjustedreferencevoltagethroughanalogswitchesSW1,plustoVREFend7106;whenweighingmorethan1999g,comparatorA6flipRP2obtainedbythereferencevoltagesignalviatheanalogswitchSW2to7106;SimultaneouslyoutputA6controlthepositionofthedecimalpointislitLCDdisplay.

鉴此,本文提出了高性能、低成本的普及型电子秤的全电子路线设计方案。

介绍了信号处理电路的设计思路,给出了具体的硬件设计框
