Introduction

WhatmostlycausesClimatechangeisburningfuel.Manyyearsago,burningfuelprovideshumanwarm,lightingandcookedfood.Itisagreatprocessforhumandevelopment.Accordingtothespeedofburningfossilfuelsaroundtheworld,theservicetimeofusingfossilfuelisbrief.Coalwillberunoutofin200years;naturalgascanuse50to60yearsandoilmayonlylastanother45years.Fossilfuelisthemajorpartofprimaryenergyatpresent.Thequantityofexploitingandburningislarge.Problemsarecoming.Theprocessofexploitingcoalisthemosttypicalcaseofenvironmentalimpactthatincludesdamageofland,countrysideandwaterresources.Besides,burningfuelswillproducecarbondioxide.GreenhouseeffectandThermalpollutionthreatenhuman’slivingconditions.

Ourenvironmentisofgreatimportanceforushumanbeingsandweacceleratethedevelopmentoftheenvironmentatthesametime.Butwehavealreadyproducedaplentyofthingswhicharebadforenvironmentandourselves.Suchascarbondioxidesulfurdioxideandsoon.Soweputforwardtheconceptofenvironmentprotectionandcallonallofustolivealow-carbonlife.However,lotsofpeopledidn’tdoastheysaid.Becauseofthis,weoughttotakeactionrightnow,andeveryoneshoulddoasmuchashecan.Ifweareabletomakeacontributiontoourenvironment,itcanmakeabigdifference.

Thelifewelivetodayshouldbeleadedbyenvironmentprotection,soitisnecessaryforeveryonetoestablishtheconceptofenvironmentprotection.Wehumanbeingsmustprotecttheenvironmentthatwelivetoday.Whatismore,weoughttorealizethatgreenlifeisalwaysaroundusandweshouldperuseitallthetime.Furthermore,theconceptofenvironmentprotectionshouldbeseenfromallsides.Wemustknowtheenvironmentweliveareprettyimportantandweneeddoasmuchaswecantoprotectit.Thewaystoimprovetheconceptofenvironmentprotectionarefromtwosides.

Lowcarbon, to us, is a lifestyle that we should try our best to make differences suchas never wasting water, using less electricity, reducing the using of petroleum and any other way which can cut down the carbon dioxide content. 

Withtheincreasingemissionofcarbondioxin,theweatherintheworldgetswarmerandwarmergradually.Somesnowmountainsaremelting,andthesealevelisrising.Inordertostopit,everyoneintheworldneedstoimprovetheconceptoflowcarbon.

Althoughmanycountriesintheworldhavedoneamassofthingstomaketheconceptbeknownbyothers,andlotsofpeoplehaveadmittedit,theconceptshouldalsobestrengthened.Theconceptisveryimportantforourenvironmentandfuture.Inaddition,weneedtogettogethertoprotectourenvironmentandstrengthentheconcept.Soeveryoneshouldundertakethedutyofenvironmentprotectionandlow-carbon.Onlywhenwedowhatwesaidcanwemakeadifference.

2.Howtolivealow-carbonlife

Low-carbonlife,aswecansee,isalifethatweuselessandlessenergywhenweworkandstudyinordertoreducetheemissionofcarbondioxideandsulfurdioxide.Anditcontributestoreducingtheglobwarming.Itisadutyforallofustolivealow-carbonlife.Soitisofgreatnecessitytoknowhowtolivealow-carbonlife.

Airpollutionisformedbymanykindsofpollutant.Pollutantspreadintotheairallaround.Primarysourceofairpollutionisfromfactoryemissions,automobileexhaust,burningreclamationandforestfire.Thedamageofairpollutioninvolvesindustrydamage,climatedamageanddisease.Atmosphere’sacidicpollutantsandotherchemicalgasescancorrodebuildingsandequipments.Besides,increasingfloatingdustswillproductadverseeffectsduringdebuggingandusingequipments.Airpollutionwillincreasethecostofindustryproduction.Ontheotherhandacidrainfromairpollutioninfluencedplants’normalgrowthandresultacidification.Seriousacidrainwillkilledfishanddeclineforest.Transportationisconvenientforhumanliving,however,automobileexhaustpollutioninfluenceaircondition.Airpollutionalsoinfluencesweatherandclimate.Riversdryingupandozonedepletionisderivedfromairpollution.

Low-carbonlifestandsforahealthier,saferandsimperlifestyle.Lowcarbonisnotabehaviorbutafashiontoday,andasstudents,weshouldtaketheresponsibilityatfistandcallonotherstolivealow-carbon.Wemustmakeacontributiontotheenvironmentprotection.

3.Thewaystoachievelowcarbon

Fromalltheseyears,becauseofthedependenceoncarbonenergy,theemissionofcarbondioxinisincreasingalltheseyears,thusleadingtotheglobwarming.Ithasgreatinfluenceontheenvironment,economicandeventhehumanbeings.Inordertosettletheproblem,lowcarbonisgettingmoreandmorenecessary.Sowecanachievelowcarbonfromthreesides.

Lowcarbonofenergymeansthatwecanusesomenewenergywhichisnotbadfortheenvironmentorhavelittleinfluenceontheweather.Therearetwokindsofenergythatareabletomeetourrequirements.Oneiscleanenergy,suchasnuclearandgas.theotherisrenewableenergy,suchaswind,solarandsoon.

2.Lowcarbonoftransportation

Thetransportconsumptiontodayisthirtytimeshigherthanbefore,andtheemissionofgreenhousegasissohighthatithasgreatinfluenceontheweather.Facedwiththesedifficulties,thechangeoftransportationisnecessary.Amongallthesewaystochangethetransportation,developinganewmeansoftransportationisagoodsolutiontoreducetheemissionofgreenhousegas.

3.Lowcarbonofconsumption

Lowcarbonofconsumption,aswecansee,isanewwayofconsumptioninlife.Itmeansgreenconsumption,greenpackagingandrecycling.

Greenconsumptionalsomeanssustainableconsumption;itisanewwayofconsumptionthatreducesthedamageofenvironmentandprotectstheecological.Greenpackaging,whichisasortofpackagingthatcanbecycled,isaimtoreducethedamagetotheenvironment,too.Atlast,cyclingmeansthatwhenweusesomethingthatcanbeusedmanytimes,wehadbetternotthrowitawayrightnowandweoughttouseitorgiveittoothers,whichisgoodforourenvironment.

4.ThewaystoachieveEnvironmentprotection

Inrecentyears,environmentissuesbecomemoreseriousasspeeddevelopmentofregioneconomic.Itisanimportantmeasureofsocialdevelopmentthatprotectstheenvironmentandmaintainsecologicalbalance.Itisalsothedutyofeverycitizen.
