8.1General
Thischapterdescribesthemaintenanceandupkeepofthediscfilter,
whichistheresponsibilityofthemachine/milloperator.
Allactivitiesmentionedinthischaptermustbeperformedatthecorrect
time.
TheAndritzAGservicedepartmentisatyourdisposalfortroubleshooting,
aswellasforextensivemaintenanceandrepairwork.

8维护
8.1概述
本章节描述了操作员对多圆盘机的维护和修理工作。
本章提到的工作必须在要求的时间内完成。
Andritz技术服务部会对您发现的任何故障提供最好的维护与修理，精密的部件的维修部件必须送到制造机械厂进行修理工作。
员工由Andritz技术服务部授权的服务站进行培训和考核。
8.2安全规章

Beforeenteringthevessel/tank/discfilter,thepermitforworkin
enclosedvesselsandconfinedspacesmustbecompletedandsigned
bytheshiftmanager,andthenecessarysafetymeasuresarranged.

在进入槽、罐、圆筒前，按受限区域作业指导进行。
8.3Regularmaintenance
Formachinesoperatingcontinuously（24hours/day,7days/week）,a
prescheduledmaintenanceperiodisrecommendedeverytwoweeks.
Duringtheseperiodsthemachineshouldbeshutdown,thoroughly
cleaned,andcheckedforwear.
Machinesoperatinglessthan24hoursadayshouldundergothese
routinechecksandbecleanedateachshutdown.
8.3定期保养
连续运行的设备（24小时/天或7天/周），推荐维护期为每两周一次。
在这些维护期内设备将被完全停止，彻底清洁和检查磨损。
间歇运转的设备，一天运行少于24小时的设备，在维护期应被例行检查和清洁

•Thevatandinletboxmustbeemptiedbeforethecleaningdooris
opened.
•Ventilateand/orcooldiscfilterdowntoambienttemperature.
•Blockoffthesteamrisingfromthebottomfiltratetank.
在工作开始前下面的工作必须被执行
1关闭所有的喷淋装置。
2浆槽必须被排空，在检查窗打开前。
3通风使多盘的温度降至室温。
4关闭浆槽底部的加热蒸汽。
Generalmachinechecks
Thefollowingchecksshouldbemadewhenthemachinehasbeenshut
down:
Inthecourseofgeneralmachinechecks,alladditionalunitsshouldalso
becheckedtoguaranteethattheentireplantfunctionssatisfactorily.For
thesechecks,theattachedmaintenanceandupkeepinstructions
providedbythemanufacturermustbeobserved.

•Cleansluicingshowers.
•Runthemachinewithoutstockandwithcleaningshowersswitchedon.
WARNING
Contactwiththepulpmaycauseskindamageandburning.
Personsworkingwiththepulpshouldnotsufferfromanyallergic
conditiontosuchsubstances!
Personalprotectiveapparelmustbeworn!
设备清洁
当停机的时候用水管冲洗设备。
下面的清洗工作要严格执行。
1冲洗清洁扇形面。
2清洗喷淋装置和喷嘴
3清洗冲水管
4在停止上浆和开启喷淋的情况下运行设备。

接触浆料可能引起皮肤伤害和灼伤。
为了避免不必要的伤害，请务必穿好防护服

8.5Fasteners
Screw/boltmaterial

headsofthesescrewsandboltsaremarkedtoshowthestrengthclass.
Damagedorlostfastenersshouldonlybereplacedwithfastenersofthe
samematerial.
8.5紧固
螺栓、螺钉材料
螺栓和螺钉在制造是被使用几个不同等级的材料，螺栓螺钉的头部被标上不同的强度等级。
损坏和丧失紧固能力的螺栓螺钉只能用同等材料的螺栓螺钉代替。

检查
如果螺栓螺钉紧固不合适，那么在工作过程中会变松或失效，这就是为什么所有的连接螺钉和螺栓在维护中都必须被检查的原因。
使用期在六个月以内的螺钉螺栓：
每2到2个半月检查一次
使用期超过六个月的螺钉螺栓：
六个月检查一次
Tighten
Duringchecksandmaintenanceworkitisimperativetotightenall
connectingscrews/boltstothetorquespecifiedforeachoneinthe
drawingsorinthetablebelow.
Pre-stressingforcesandtighteningtorquesinthetableapplytonormal
screwed/boltedconnections.PleasecontactAndritzifyouhaveany
specialrequirements.
紧固
在检查和维护工作期间，所有的连接螺栓和螺钉都需要根据标注或下表要求加以紧固
下表中的拉伸力和扭转力矩适用于一般的螺栓、螺钉连接，如果有其他特殊要求请联系Andritz。

8.6Lubrication
Beforestart-up,checkwhetheralllubricationpoints,inparticularthe
bearingsandgears,havebeenfilledwiththeappropriatelubricants（see
