一、本月重点事件I、BigissueinJune.
1、本月新签约合同、协议的情况Newcontractthismonth

2、本月政府、业主及公司等相关部门对项目进行检查、视察等情况
Check、inspectionfromgovernment、ownerandcontractor
1）8月14日，CLCC领导亲临现场督导工作。
OnAugust14,LeadersfromCLCCcametoinspectthesitework
2）业主工程部茅及敏经理、张洪义经理每天都到现场检查工作并参加碰头会。
Manager,MrMaojimin,MrZhanghongyifromengineeringdepartment,MCScometothesiteandparticipatethedailymeeting.
3）业主安全员及我方现场代表每天到现场工作,业主方土建工程师定期来现场检查工作。
HSEengineerfromMCSandrepresentativefromBCELworkatthesiteeveryday,andcivilengineerfromMCScomestothesiteregularly.
4）8月18日，BCEL技术质量部来工地现场检查指导工作。

3、项目在本月阶段性大节点完工情况Bigissueatthisstage.
1）8月13日成品仓库月台基础浇筑完成。

2）8月22日，包装车间二层圈梁和巡检平台标高以上框架柱浇筑完成。
OnAugust20,theconcretepouringforthebeamandframecolumnabovethepatrolinspectionplatformofthesecondfloorforthepackagingplantwerecompletelyfinished.
3）8月23日，成品仓库级配碎石垫层完成。
OnAugust23，thegravelunderlayofthegroundofthefinishedproductwarehousewasfinished.。
4）8月23日，成品库屋面板内板安装完成。

5）7月24日，成品库钢结构拉条和斜拉杆安装完成。

（1）成品库墙体抹灰及地下管道安装完成。

（2）包装车间地下室拆模并向地上倒料,完成。

1）包装车间实际进度与总进度相比滞后5天;

2）成品库实际进度与总进度相比滞后30天。

3、偏差的原因分析Progressdifferenceanalysis
（1）本月雨水较多，共有13次较大的阵雨。
对施工进度影响较大。
Therewasmuchrainthismonth,itrainedthreetimes,andcausedimpacttotheconstructionprogress.
（2）CLCC组织的木工数量过少，直接影响施工进度。
Thecarpenterwasnotenough,italsodelayedtheprogress.
（3）CLCC的组织协调上计算出现问题，出现了钢筋供料不足,对施工进度影响较大。
TherewasaproblemattheorganizationofCLCC,causedadelayofmaterialsupplyatsteelbar,andcausedimpacttotheconstructionprogress.
三、项目质量情况III:
Qualitycondition
1、本月包括设计、采购、施工、试运行等阶段质量完成和控制情况
（1）没有较严重工程质量问题
Nobigproblemsaboutquality.
（2）工程质量情况分析Qualityanalysis
本月工程质量整体评定为一般。
模板、钢筋工序施工质量较好，砼现浇结构存在一定瑕疵，出现了质量通病如：
蜂窝及麻面现象。
影响了砼外观质量，经监理单位现场勘验，认为不会影响到主体结构。
轻工建设制定了针对性的整改补救措施，及时修复缺陷处。
并召开专题质量会，调查问题的原因，杜绝类似问题再次发生。
Thewholequalitywasuptograde。
Theworkingprocedureofformandsteelbarwasgood,buttheworkingprocedureofconcretepouringhadsomecommonqualityproblemssuchashoneycombandroughsurface,whichimpactedtheoutlookoftheconcrete.Therepresentativefromsupervisingcompanyinspectedtheproblemsandassuredthatitwouldnotinfluencethemainstructure.CLCCworkedoutarectifyingmethodandrepairedthedefects。
Aspecialqualitymeetingwasheldtoinvestigatethecauseoftheproblem,andthesameproblemsshouldnotbeappearoncemore。
四、项目EHS情况IV:
EHScondition
1、本月包括设计、采购、施工、试运行等阶段EHS执行和控制情况
EHSexecutingandcontrolatthestageofdesign,procurement,constructionandcommissioning.
（1）监理通知关于安全文明施工事宜。
（2）BCEL发出关于新建成品仓库排水管道灌水试验工作联系单。
（3）监理通知关于混凝土浇注质量事宜。
SupervisingcompanynotifiedCLCCtopaymoreattentiontothequalityofconcretepouring.
（4）BCEL给CLCC下发通知关于柱子涨模处罚事宜。
（5）BCEL发出关于施工进度缓慢原因的工程联系单。
（6）BCEL发出有关管理体系动态内部审核通知。
（7）BCEL组织第六次安全文明大检查，形成纪要。

结构主体封顶施工包括模板、钢筋、砼工程；基槽填土工程及地下室剪力墙防水卷材工程。

（2）成品仓库：
